Gah, today's going to be Hell. I didn't get in until midnight last night because I was on duty with my manager, who takes for-frickin'-ever to close up. And I have to be in at nine AM today.

I probably shouldn't have RP'd with Rayne when I got home, but I regret nothing!!

And now, I will answer the comments made about my last post.

Alexander Harris: As of right now, MK: S-M is the best SM book being published. Ultimate is solid, but it's lost the lustery sheen of newness. Spectacular used to be my favorite, but Jenkins has been hi-jacked into the Avengers disassembled arc, and he doesn't do well with crossovers. (This is the SECOND time he's been interrupted for a crappy crossover; didn't we learen anything from the nineties?)

As for Amazing, while it's improved a bit since JMS dropped the mystic angle, I'm leery of a purported "Event to rock the foundations of the Spiderverse!". Sounds like a bad marketing ploy, ans when you look at the advance previews, I'm sure it is a blan marketing ploy.

MKSM, on the other hand, is self-contained, has great art (love the covers), a clear and present storyline, and a good handle on the characters. And there's huge super-fights. Good times for all.
