   Scotty Doesn't Know!
I’d already started posting this, then my computer froze. Agh. --;

I’m listening to the Mihoshi midi on the Otaku jukebox. It calms me down and gets me into a zen-like state. If anyone knows of a site with midis that will be accepted by myOtaku, please let me know. ^^:

So, I’ve been busy for the past few days, but, interestingly enough, not busy at all today.

My mom’s finally planned the family vacation, set for Spring break weekend (March 20th.) She’s renting a small condo in Orlando for a couple of days while we visit Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure. Ironically, the day prior is the Spanish Honor Society’s trip to Epcot. Ahh, the joys of living 45 minutes from Orlando.

I’ll need some cash…

My pal Ernesto and I saw EuroTrip on Friday. That was a hilarious movie. ^__^ It’s got to be the best teen comedy I’ve seen in a long while. Sure, there were parts I didn’t care for (Nazi jokes are never funny), but on the whole, it was great. It also had a killer soundtrack; I want to pick it up.

This will, by the way, be the only movie this year where you’ll meet a British soccer hooligan who will discuss world politics and break beer bottles over his head in the same scene. ^__^ I love that guy.

One of the previews before the film was the one for the remake of Dawn of the Dead. That really freaked me out, in a way no movie ever has before,

I know it’s hard to tell if I’m kidding or not, but I’m dead serious: that preview scared the crap out of me.

An eight-year-old girl gets zombie-fied and mauls her father right in front of her mother. A pregnant woman’s baby becomes a zombie inside of her. It’s just scary, okay?

I’m not sure if I should see the movie, and look my fear right in the eye, or never see it, knowing it would seriously disturb be. Either way, that movie is f**ked up.

Saturday morning was the big community yard sale; yay? I had to sit and watch our sale while my mother went to other sales, thus totally defeating the purpose of selling stuff off to begin with. --;

Eventually, I got to look around, too. The whole event was a disorganized mess, IMO, and I didn’t find my yard sale holy grail: a set of the nine Beast Machines McDonald’s happy meal toys from ’99. (So far, I have 1…) I did get a Digimon card starter set for a quarter, though. I have cardboard DemiDevimon!

(Interestingly enough, the Digimon cards are the size and quality of the Yu-Gi-Oh cards as they appear in the anime, not the smaller, flimsier ones we have in real life. Hmm…)

Speaking of Yu-Gi-Oh, Ernesto and I feel gypped that they cut the scene where Kuriboh bites Noah. We really wanted to see that!

Well, at least we have my new favorite lil’ monster, the Inaba White Rabbit! Now, I knew that IWR was one of Bandit’s ‘puppies’, but I didn’t really get it. It was a rabbit, but what the hell was it perched on? What was it doing?

It is a rabbit, perched on a futuristic launch pad, which propels it though the air on a rocket-powered pogo stick. It then proceeds to pound the living daylights out of whatever it lands on.

That is the coolest thing ever.

I am a believer, Bandit. ^__^

(It’s things like this that make me question if there’s anything toxic in the drinking water in Japan. And if so…where can I get some?)

Oh, and are Yugi and Noah both total idiots? “I’m going to unleash my ultimate attack on you while you have one trap face down. No, I don’t think it’ll blow up in my face…” It was nice to see all three Dark Magicians, though. Very cool. (I’d always thought that Magician of Black Chaos was just a powered-up version of the normal Dark Magician. Live and learn.)

Teen Titans was moderately interesting, though I kind of saw where it was going. The last scene was funny, though. ^_^ Ah, Starfire; she’s hilarious.

One question, though: last week, Terra joined the team and moved into the tower. Why wasn’t she in the opening part of the episode?

Transformers-Energon: The bitch is back. Megatron returns, and promptly beats the crap out of,…well, durn near everybody. Alpha Q, Scorponok, Hot shot (Yes!)….Megs really went to town.

Also, I have officially made piece with Kicker. The way he outwitted the Ravage Terrorcons…very nice.

Ninja Turtles: They finally saved Quarry and the other monster people. Yay! And they did it in one episode, rather than the three it took to introduce Quarry and the monster people…

Do I sense a lil’ attraction between Don and Sidney?

Shaman King: It’s official: Ryu’s collar bugs the crap out of me. The cuffs are fine, butt he collar’s over-doing it so much…he’s still my favorite, for several reasons. ^__^

So, did I call it right or what? The tall one and the short one were the rogue Shaman gals, not Ryu and Manta. Kinda’ convenient that Yoh left the cave just in time.

And what was in that cave, anyway? Yoh’s grandpa made it sound a lot different than what we saw Ryu experience….interesting…

Man…I’m tired. Shout out to Stephanie and Li-C! ^__^

Thought of the moment: I need a picture background for this site….

Quote of the moment: “School is no place for questions, you fool! Conform!”- Me
