   Back from Camp

hello!
I am back from camp! It was sooo much fun! =D
Ill tell you all about it! ^^

..:: DAY 1 ::..
We rode on the bus for an hour then stopped at Geelong, where we ate lunch. After that we went back on teh bus for another hour until we reached the campsite, aka a caravan park where we will be sleeping in tents (located near Torquay [pronounced Torkee] beach). We didn't have to set up the tents because the other group set it up for us XD. We unpacked our bags and got ready for the first activity which was kyacking (sp:?). We kyacked on the open sea water, but the waves weren't big enough to kyack surf. Steff and i deliberately capsided our boat because we wanted to fall in lol. AFter that we had dinner, free time and went to bed (after we got our breath back from laughing about turtles so much.. dont worry! ^^;; lmao)

..:: DAY2 ::..
We woke up at around 7.30 and ate breakfast. We had free time and time to get ready for an activity; which for my group was iniciative. First of all we had to work as a team to build a raft with a black sheet like thing, nine barrels and rope. To get to the next iniciative site we had to fit all our group on the raft and ride it on the river. And it worked! We managed to float it without any of the 13 people falling off it!
After iniciative and lunch it was now time to go.. surfing! I haven't surfed before and i was pretty crappy, hence the really large and choppy waves at that time. Two random surfboards hit me on the head really hard! >_< At least they weren't made out of fibreglass ^^;; ouchies.
After that we had a yummy dinner and went to bed. (There were a total of five people in our tent by the way so it was a bit squishy, but we managed)

..:: DAY 3 ::..
Our group had to be at breakfast by SIX oclock in teh morning! And it looked exactly like how it was outside when we WENT to bed. And i had french toast ^^.
At seven oclock we headed down to the beach again to go body boarding, BUT they didnt have any boogie boards! sooo, we went surfing again. It was a lot easier, because now the ocean weas close to perfect. I caught a few good waves and i was able to kneal on the surfborad! T__T but not stand lol.
Afterwards we had lunch, packed our bags and packed the tent away. And then basicly we hopped onthe bus for two hours and went back to the school. the END ^^

Sorry that this post was soo long ^^;;; I actually made it quite short. A lot of other funny stuff happened XD
