   ~~JAPAN~~ First section 9/1...9/2

DAY 1:
day one i left melbourne airport on the plane at 9.30am. it was soo scary at first, it was the first time i have been on a plane! XD but i got used to it. 6pm we landed in tokyo, and unloaded our luggage to stay one night in our hotel and pack 5 days worth of stuff for the next five days we will spend with our host families (our suitcases would get sent elsewhere) so we did that and it was all good. Next it was time to write in our personal and school dairies about what happened to far (the q's were in jap XD)but we were able to read them. Omg the hotel rooms are soo cute! (cause they were so small) and they had toothbrushes (jap toothbrushes are REALLY TINY) and shower caps ^^
we were really sweaty for lugging our suitcases around everywhere (plus upstairs -_-) so we had to wash our shirts in the sinks cause we would have to wear them the next day. And then me and hannah (my roomate) dressed up in the jap nightgowns which look like kimonos and took a few pics. Example of me lookign evil, hehe....

anyway! after that we just went to bed...

DAY 2:Last night hannah and i set the alarm for 6am (we had to get up really early, bleehh) but hannah woke up at 5:59 so she turned off the alarm, lol
so we got dressed, gathered our things and carried out luggage downstairs for it to get transported (our suitcases it is) and went to the eatery to eat a very large breaky that was sooooo nice! you could chose jap or western food, buut i went for western hehe
i had eggs, strips of bacon and mixd fruit! and something else that i forgot i ate...lol
so after our breakfast we had to put our school blazers on (yuukk) and catch a bus, then catch a shinkansen! (bullet train) which doesnt seem so fast when youare on it, it runs smoothly.
after the shinkansen we caught an ordinary train and then got off at teh station. From there we had to walk from the station to natori high school to meet our host students. and i had to recite my speech!! but my host sister afterwards said it was really good, her name is nozomi, and no offence to her but she is kinda annoying O_O+
anyway! long story short, straigh after we went to their house, snd she showed me around. after that we went shopping (food shopping) and i chose what to eat, pocky!! :D:D ^_^ hehe
and then we ate icecreams out of a vending machine. mmm grape :)
then we went home and just watched a bit of jap tv, hehe, bit hard to understand though.. but nozomi put it in english for me:)
and then we had dinner.. i think it was a jap typey thingy dinner lol, i wish i could have remembered. well, then i was really tired and so i went to my room, the tatami room (traditional jap room) and i fell alseep on my futon that would be my bed for the next few days. They are actually quite comfy!
