   Honestly
There is no hidden meaning behind the "so different" statement. I was merly quoting what my Dad said. (See post below.)

My father does not accept me for who I am and he's scared I'm going to turn into my mother so he wants me to be a fucking teeny bopping prep. (Nothing personal towards preps.) For example I bought a Tool wallet a few weeks ago and he said I should be carrying a purse and not a wallet because I'm a girl.
And my mother is not a bad person. I think Dad's afraid I'm going to become a lesbian like her. Plus since he can't control her now he wants to control me. Don't get me wrong, my Dad's a wonderful guy he can just be an ass hole sometimes.
