Continued - Story
"Aaaahhh!!!" Crap...another scream. But I was glad this one came, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to wake up in time.
Opening my eyes wide with fear, I was staring down the barrel of a gun.
"CRAP!!!" I cried, ducking just in time. I glanced around for a few seconds, but then ran in a random direction.
The cold, marble floor was slick underneath my giant paws. I skid a few feet, looking like a complete idiot.
But once I stopped, my front feet collapsed underneath me. Dang, the pain came surging through my body again.
I yelped, my brain going into complete overdrive. Then, I growled. For in front of me stood a large shadow, and at the shadow's side, a long, thing stretched out - the gun.
I only had seconds before the gun would hit me. And quickly, I leaped up, the curse of frozen fear setting in, my muscles starting to harden.
"Grrrr..." I growled viciously, through my head down in an act of aggresion. Involuntarily, my fur bristled on end, elegant and coarse.
"Hold still!!" I heard someone command. I looked behind the sorce of the odd shadow, to find five men standing around a table.
One man had his hands holding down what seemed to be a wolf with a neon-green strip running down it's back...BJ!!!
I wanted to shout, I wanted to jump in the air with joy, but within seconds, a man held me by the neck, his arm digging into my flesh.
I tried holding my head back, so I could reach his elbow and rip it to shreds. I was pissed.
"LET ME GO, YOU BASTARD!!!" I barked. But in all the fury, this only made things worse...
I gasped for air. This man was choking me! A leather wrap was found tightly secured around my furry neck. What was I to do?
The scroll! Was it still securely tied around my wrist? I looked down at my red paws.
Yes! The blue, nylon cord was still there. Now everything would change, and I would be able to rescue my friend.
...Now, if only I could reach it...My head was already beginning to spin from the lack of oxygen...
