green thumbs
soooo, yesterday i decided to start raising a bonsai. Just a japanese juniper because apparently, those are the hardest to kill ><;
see, I'm not much of what you would call a green thumb, so just potting the stupid tree was alot of trouble X_X
Heres how it went: took the set home, added some dirt to the pot. BAD MOVE coz the original starter plants roots were.... really big! so I had to take ALL the dirt i put in, out, unravel the roots and pray I haven't killed ityet, lay it down in the pot, and put more dirt on top of it. Weird thing is, that it's not really 'stable' inside the pot. if the pot shakes, the plant will just fall out X_X I'm gonna go under the assumption that is because it hasn't taken root yet X_X So i watered it, and all the fluffy dirt sorta .... contracted, so i put MORE dirt in it, but then I realized when it dried, it'll get all fluffy again and I'm screwed.
