Booyah, Baby! Booyah!

I just completed the last cup in F-Zero GX on Master Class... Or so I thought. But what do I see pop up after the credits role? "You have acquired 46 Tickets"? No, after that: "Arcade courses have just arrived for purchase at the F-Zero Shop," that's what! You can get the F-Zero AX tracks without having access to an F-Zero AX arcade machine, you just have to beat all the GX tracks on the highest difficulty. Booyah!

Heheh, but yeah, I am overjoyed at this, since I probably won't ever get to play an F-Zero AX machine. (At least not for, oh, say, ten years, when they become cheap enough for an arcade around here to get one). So far I've purchased the first five AX tracks (a complete cup, that is totally and completely awesome), which set me back 200 Tickets, and then Sounds of Big Blue, I think it's called. (That cost 99 Tickets--99 stinkin' Tickets!) And, after beating the AX Cup on Novice Class, I unlocked another AX track. I'm now wondering just how many AX tracks there are, and if I'll be able to unlock the AX machines, also. Some of them looked pretty cool when I was racing against them in Grand Prix.

Also, about that Sounds of Big Blue item, it was actually worth the 99 Tickets. What it is, is an alternate song for Big Blue tracks... And it's the original Big Blue theme, from the original F-Zero! (Though it's been remixed, of course). I absolutely love it! The Big Blue theme has always been one of my favorites in the series, and this version is at least as good or better than the version in Super Smash Bros. Melee. I'm also now wondering if there are more of this type of item, too. I'm really hoping there are; I've always loved the music in the F-Zero games, and getting a bunch of remixed original tracks would be awesome. ^_^
