Hmm, so it's the first day of October. That means there's only three months left in the year... It seems like just a little while ago it was this time last year. I remember working on ShineGet.com with James in August and September, and then reading/hearing about Animal Crossing and wishing I could try it out. Same thing with the e-Reader, though of course I didn't have the money for either, since I had just bought Super Mario Sunshine. Probably the biggest thing on my mind at the time was Zelda: The Wind Waker, even though it was still six months away. And now that I think about it, it really didn't seem like it was that far off back then.
... You know, it just occured to me; whenever I think about how long ago something was, I always relate it to how close it was to a big videogame release in order to remember when exactly it happened. I even have memories as far back as 1998 like that, relating to the release date of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (November 24). Who knew videogames could help with your time sense?
