Nanowrimo Winner

This year, I managed to get 50,000 words and beyond on my Nanowrimo account. I believe the exact number was 55,477.

The story I did this year was a sort of romantic comedy type of story. Though, if you ask me, it's very messed up. My two other best friends also helped me write the story and create the characters for it. The reason it's messed up is mainly because of the type of humor we chose for it. Racially stereotyped characters, sexual tension, and so on and so forth. XD

Awesome Nerd Moment
The other day, my friend was talking about his girlfriend and said, "I'll always remember October 10th." That was the day he asked her out, so he was talking about that.

Of course, I was only half listening. So instead, I turned to him and said, "Like Edward Elric?" because inside Ed's pocket watch he has 'Oct. 10 Never forget' or something like that scratched inside it when he opens it.

My friend just looked at me like I was insane. He at least knew what reference I was talking about though, because he likes Fullmetal Alchemist at least. XD
