cassi cop: Yeah your principal seems mean. i dont think id get along with her. but yeah i think part of me actually misses porter.. just a little though. he was pretty chill for a principal.


I haven't been writing as much as i want to but theres nothing i can really do about it. I've been trying to keep myself busy.. ive been doing stupid after school things, visited s.c, almost looked for a car with my dad, went to a block party, and got my license.

.. i guess i'll start with the stupid after school stuff. Last thursday i went to this thing called Farm Stand. It was as fun as it sounds. All we did was go out to this huge garden pick things and then sell them. Last year the school started this group and they grew the veggies. I had nothing better to do. It wasn't horrible but i had to go with some weird people.
Then yesterday i stayed after school until 5:30 painting this pretty darn cool banner for my schools float in the owosso homecoming parade. The banner is 12 feet long and it says "A Knight In The Jungle" Because we are the Knights and the owosso homecoming theme is welcome to the jungle. It has a bunch of jungley stuff on it. it's really cool but it was so much work. Then today i had to make a bunch of things to put of the float. We made trees and grass and i helped some other girls with a banner. i guess i'm the most creative person in my school i was kind of in charge. I worked on that all day. I was planning on going and being in the parade but by the end of the day the teachers kind of made me mad. The floats were supposed to be all about the kids and us making it. but the teachers tried to make us do things differently. And from the protest in creek i think you know i dont like people screwing up things they say we have creative freedom over. And some other things came up like in the parade we couldn't stand on the float.. i thought that was the point. but they said it was unsafe and then they told us we cant toss candy to kids we have to hand it to them.. which i thought was a little weird too but last year some kid got a tootsie roll to the eye. ouch. I was basically just really exhausted.. i mean i had to put together a whole float in 8 ish hours. i didn't feel like walking a mile in a parade.

The visit to s.c was fun. I wish i couldve stayed longer. It was cool seeing cassi. i haven't seen her in forever. The school seems like it changed a lot from when i was there. But it might be better. i dont know.

The so called "car shopping" with my dad was just driving around. He told my mom he wanted to suprise me and take me but he didn't want to go at all. i actually had to talk him into going. Then when we drove by places he wouldn't stop and then said he couldn't find the place we were looking for so we went home. it was stupid.

The block party was really fun. It was a local band from owosso called Lifted and another called Ampliphi or something.. i dont know how they spell it but it's not normal. They were pretty good. Not a lot of people were there but by the end there was a good crowd kind of. They blocked off the street and played right in town. I went with a girl from school Brandi and her boyfriend which was stupid. Never go anywhere with a couple alone. you'll totally be a 3rd wheel no matter what. But i found some other people to hang out with and it didn't really matter because it was a concert and i was "rockin out" lol. I almost got a drumstick too... but the person next to me grabbed it.

This is super long so all i'll say about my license is i passed obviously and i got my real license in the mail yesterday. I was so nervous but i'm glad i got that over with.

Alright.. hopefully i'll write again soon.
