 my hand and whole arm hurts really badly
he whats up my friends yesterday at taekwondo i was spparing with instructer seth and he got my arm with a kick or a punch i dont know but he hit my nerve just right and now i cant move it all the way i can only move is some well i hope that it gets better befour christmas later
