Gah... tis been a long day. I've had a hellolota school work, and a game today. We did very well, sticking with the opponents, and often in the lead, until the sixth inning of play.
My team had switched pitchers, and all teh problems started. Our pitcher is all off speed... as in there is nothing fast about him. After he went in, the entire team seemed to get lazy. _-_ I hate it when they give up.
I was told I was going to get some minor time today... but didn't, and I was told that I was starting pitcher tomorrow. And if coach decides to pitch someone else, and I'm stuck bench warmer for the 6th game in a row... he'll probably find his sensitive areas meeting the end of my bat. *_* Just painful to think about.
I've been promised and rejected all those six games I've haven't played in this row. That's SIX games were I have had to watch my fellow teamates and friends enjoy themselves, while I have to crunch little symbols and crap. _-_ I can't stand being their toy. But I have to put up with it if I want to continue with all my current progress.
Please ignore if it sounds like I'm ungrateful or complaining. This team is one of the best things going for me at the moment, and I wouldn't trade it for the world, but the coaches just keep singling me out, "Hey, I'm playing you tomorrow," or, "Hey, I'm getting you some playing time." And neither of them have come through for a while.... tis just aggrivating.
GAH... I feel as if this post comes off as whining.......
