I turned it in!
I finally turned in my application to get a summer job! I was going to turn it in on Friday, but i wanted the weekend to think about it.
I wasn't planning on getting a job until i ordered my Class ring. My class ring is $149.00 and i have to pay it all by myself. The reason i have to pay that off by myself is because my parents have medical bills that they need to pay off, and they can't afford to pay for my ring. So, i have until November to get $149.00. I think that i can do it.
Anyway, I went to City Hall after school. I turned in my application and they asked me what job i was applying for. I didn't know, so they told me the jobs that they were offering. I could work for the Libary, the local nature center, i could clean the streets, or i could work in a youth center. I picked the libary. They asked me if i wanted a second choice, and i said that i would like the nature center. They told me that if i get a job, they will call me. I signed the form, and i left. I can't wait until i get that call!
