a good book is all I need...

what can i say?...i have a preference when it comes to the books i read...it's apparent with the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy...and i think i found a winner with this one..."Emperor: The Gates of Rome" by Conn Iggulden...tis about the early childhood of one Julius Caesar and his old friend Brutus...who wouldn't want to read about that?...

finishng a 452 paged book in two days?...it can be done with a book as good as this one...and well worth the my time...still doesn't give me the skill to write battle scenes though...i guss i just don't have the knack for it...but i guess that's alright...i'll leave the fighting to the imagination of the readers... *winky* ...

and talk about torture methods...some of this stuff made me cringe with sickness as i imagined it happening in front of me...tis one downside to haveing a big imagination like i do...you can picture almost anything happening whether it be good or bad...but i wouldn't have it NE other way... ^-^

now if only i could get my hands on the next book in the series...might have to make a stop at Barnes & Nobles sometime soon...would NE one care to take me?...

hm...poison huh?...SOMEONE'S OUT TO GET ME!!!...hehe, nah!...who would want to kill me?...it's better than being eatten that's for sure...but in truth it's a three-way tie...so i guess it's a 33% chance for natural death, poison, and suicide...personally i'm rooting for natural death... ^-^ ...
