   let's be creative...


DS Time - 6:34 AM

surprisingly enough...i'm a bit hyper this morning (even though i just got out of bed not ten minutes ago)...the sad part is there's no one to enjoy it with me... *pouts* ...the downside of waking up so early in the morning...

speaking of which...i'm so gonna hate it when school starts...mom won't even take me driving NE more...i haven't practiced in a month...so i'm guessing that i'm taking the bus to school next semester...but i HATE taking the bus...i don't even wanna go back to school...i'd drop out of college if i could...but i did that mom would kill me... *sighs* ...

well NE ways...here's a little something...tis called "Behind the Smile"...enjoy!...

As I sit here laughing amongst my friends
I wonder if they will ever understand
Though I seem happy and so carefree
Do they know that this isn’t the real me?

With my good nature and gleeful style
I hide all my pain behind a smile
I sit and joke with all the rest
Secretly hoping they’ll pass the test

That they’ll see all the things I keep inside
Things I never show because of my pride
To look behind the mask that I always wear
And see the empty heart that’s hiding there

The loneliness and isolation that I feel
The broken soul that I can’t seem to heal
The wet tears that I’m always crying

A secret life so quiet and meek
To find the freedom I always seek
All hidden behind a simple grin
Fighting a battle that I will never win

PS. *sighs* ...i need a hug right now... *big hug* ...
