it's raining, it's pouring....

*boom* oh, it raining really hard here, it has been for the past 2 days. I really like the rain, but thunder on the other hand….*boom* eep! *hides under blanket* I, I don’t really care for it! Today at school, the thunder and lightning was so loud and scary that the windows and even some of the desks were shaking and rattling, during a particularly loud series of booms, I got to scared and slid under my desk! I don’t think my class will ever let me live that one down…. I live right across the street from a river, and there has been flood warnings for my area. *kicks puddle* I wish you would go away…*puddle grows into a lake* uhoh…
I must be the biggest fraidy cat that ever walked the face of this planet, today in school my friend was telling me about some scary movies, and we realized that my name is really scary, no not my actual name itself, but you know when people say something all scary from the shadows maybe a freaky monster or demon calling your name, my name sounds really, really scary and I got so so scared that I ….well, promise you won’t laugh at me?….I started crying. (I know, I’m pathetic, but I really can’t help it! It’s my overactive imagination running away with me….)now I’m double scared*shivers* afraid of the thunder and of a freaky voice from the shadow calling my name….. well, I hope that you all have dry, sunny days! *boom* eep!
