i'm so happy!!!! ^^ today i got called into the counselors office four times! and why in the world would that make me happy, you may wonder? because....i get to be a counselor at sixth grade camp!!!
and.....it's next week! ^_^
they were short a girl counselor, and with camp comeing up fast, they weren't sure if they could find anyone....until someone suggested asking me to be one! so they called me down, and i filled out all the papers, and now....i get to go!!!! ^^
i can't wait, i remember when i went in 6th grade, it was so fun! and i get to go to moaning caverns and big trees again too ^^ i'm trying so hard to stay calm...it's so hard! i was so hyper in band((as if i'm not now...^^;; )), my freshman adam was so silly about it.
ummmm....i get to be a counselor!!! ^^
the one down side is...well, two. i won't be anywhere near a computer, let alone an electric outlet) to come on here, so i can't update or pm for a week :(
the other thing is....i'm going to miss reading my books *sniff sniff* and listening to my i-pod while i go to sleep....but there won't be any time for reading anyways up there.
on the form, one of the questions was "can you live without your hairdryer?" hehe....YES!!
and
"can you funstion with lack of sleep?" ....if i couldn't, would i be awake right now, let alone hyper?
needless to say, i passed the test with flying colors.
