Hey, at least something works

I was trying to get it so visitors could choose their theme, but I can't get the post backgrounds to work right, so as of now its just the banner that can be changed. Right now I only have two, but I'll be adding more as I create them. I was hoping this would turn out more interesting, but I guess that's good enough for now. If you try to change the banner, it might take a few seconds because it's been doing that some times for me. It choose at random which new banner you'll get.
