   help!
hey ppl,i need to know how to put a background on a pic! i made a cool underwater background, but i have no idea how to put another pic that i drew in front of it!!!!! if u know how and feel like telling me, u can comment or pm me!! plz! this will look so cool! i really want to make this pic! i have photoshop 5.0 and paint, those are the only things i can use, so plz keep it within those boundaries!
