Duck's Bird of the Day
Hi there everyone. I had a good dinner made by a friend today. It was very good. ^^ This weekend seemed to fly by so quickly...."come back!" Oh well. Well today we have a bird of the day. Yay!!

American Dipper
A medium-sized bird. Stout with a short tail. It is a dark gray all over. They found along rushing streams. Dips its head into water for aquatic larvae (hence its name). They make a musical series of whistles and a call of "bzeet." They are found in Alaska all the way down to mid-California and the Rocky Mts region and everything in between.

Short Post
Hi there. Sorry for not being around for awhile again. I like most most of my classes. In My Sedimentology/stratigraphy class I get to go on field trip to Texas and California. So that is pretty neat. Lets see this weekend so far..... not much except I went on some Go Karts which was pretty fun (I won by the way ^^). Well I will try to post more often and I will have a bird of the day back soon.
