Yeah..so it's been decided that my computer has a virus, and since we're tired of waiting for someone to come fix it, we're just going to trash it and start anew. I don't really care anymore, I just want my computer back. It's not like I had anything(other than my story that is now saved to disk) on there anyway.
Yeah...so I waited around all day waiting for Lyndsey to call cuz she said she would so we could get together, but did that ever happen? nope....Oh well...she's got 5 more days till I go on my trip, she better hurry up.
Sorry I didn't get a chance to go over there, Katie, but I was fixing my computer, not to mention doing the laundry, and helping mom and dad clean the garage. I marked all my stuff today! It took me 3 hours! Now tomarrow mom says I have to start on her stuff.....that's going to take me forever!
And now I have to go to bed, so I can wake up early and work the library. I wish I got paid for this....but on a better note, I'm thinking about applying at our local hospital to be the receptionist at the front desk! I found this awesome job in the radiology department, but I'll have to wait till I'm acutally in the radiology program to apply for it. *snaps fingers* I want to do it now!

I HAD to post this quiz from katie. I got all the cute guys! ^^
So yeah, remember how my computer was suppost to get fixed today...that didn't happen. Adam didn't even call me. And that's not really the worst of it. I haven't been able to get online at all for the past couple of days, because my brother's computer was having a problem as well. So...yeah...dad just fixed it when I got home tonight( tecnically the 4th).
Today wasn't all that bad. I went to see the new Harry Potter movie and really liked it. I'm mean, sure they left out a lot of stuff, but overall it was still good. Am I going to buy it when it comes out....of course! And the best part is I got into this movie for free! ^^ And no...i wasn't movie hopping either....
Today Mom and myself went to the store for some film, and ended up buying me some new clothes for my upcoming trip. Yes, that's right...Duo is actually leaving the 5 mile radius that surounds her house. Where am I going? To Colorado Springs, CO! And by train as well. *hops up and down* Yeah for train rides! This should be really fun. I know it will be, what am i saying.
Mom keeps pressuring me to call work and tell them when I'll be back...but that's the hole problem. I don't want to go back. I HATE working at a department store. And I hate some of the people I work with as well. I was going to look for some jobs on line of the course of the week, but seeing as how we didn't have internet, that kinda screewed things up.
We're having a garage sale this week, so I have to go through lots of stuff tomarrow and mark it. Yeah...fun times. But on a side note, thanks to all this free time I seem to have, I've written 20 pages in my story. Yay! Now i just wish my computer was fixed so I could add it to the main thing. *sighs*
Shanny, I hope you're felling better, and I really hope I get a chance to talk to you soon. Molly, I miss you dearly. And Katie...what was it you where talking about after the movie???? I didn't really hear what was going on, so please call me. Here they are....the long awaited character profiles:
Karen “Karrie” Kaoru- Karen is a happy-go-lucky girl who is very accident prone. She is the most popular girl in school and star of the track team. Karen is the star singer and keytar(keyboard and guitar together) player for the musical group “The Blue Dragons”. Karen is also a technological genius, and knows absolutely everything there is to know about computers. Karen’s life drastically changes when she has her “dream”. From that moment on Karen’s life gets a lot more complicated, and she meets a young man named Pete. Has Karen’s life changed for better or for worse? And what is with the dream????
Brian Brandywine- Brian has been Karen’s best friend ever since they were two. Brian is the star of the soccer team and is the bass guitar player for the musical group “The Blue Dragons”. Brian is a great listener, and tries to help everyone solve their problems. Brian feels it is his duty to protect Karen, but is this protective exterior just hiding his true feelings????
Sarah Shelters- Sarah is also Karen’s best friend, and has known her since kindergarten. Sarah is the piano player and second voice for the musical group “The Blue Dragons”. Sarah is kind, quiet, and a great friend to all. She really isn’t one to make decisions, but faced with a real problem she can master it with ease. Can Sarah steer Karen and Brian in the right direction?
Pete Peterson- Pete is the new kid in school, and with his great body and great looks, it’s easy to see why all the girls, including Karen, are falling for him. Pete is a person of many questions and comes from a mysterious past. Is Pete really the dangerous person Mrs. Billblock makes him out to be, or is he just concealing his true fate?
Drew Pickledesky – Drew is a friend of the group, and has a lot of classes with them. Drew is a very philosophical person, and feels that the way to solve a problem is to look inside oneself. Because of this philosophical nature, most people think that Drew is suicidal, but he “just likes to scare people so they’ll leave me alone”. Drew is somewhat of a loner, preferring to contemplate his thoughts than get involved in anything. Drew tries to help Karen with her problem, but can he really help her?
Mrs. Billblock is the school principle. Mr. Miouga is the group's second hour teacher. And that's it for now. I'll post some more once we get to them in the story.

OK...still on Danny's computer....and still trying to figure out what's wrong. I've tried all these virus things at least 100 times it seems, and they don't find anything! I think I'm just going to have to reinstall windows. But I don't know how to do that. And the only person who might know is on vacation at the moment. *cries Come back Adam I need you!* If you want to try to direct me, that would be a major help.
I tried to visit your guys sites, but do to a time constraint I'm afriad I might have missed someone. I'm sorry. Nikki, I saw your button, and if you don't mind I'd like to put it up once I get a chance. ^^

Darn it! It seems my computer has a worm or something, it's seriously messed up. I'm using my brother's computer right now. Which means, sorry guys. Not only will I not be able to post my story today, but I won't be able to talk to you online either. *cries* I miss you all already! And I didn't get to say goodbye to Red either. *Cries again* Why...why does my computer hate me?!?!
I'm going down to Winfield to watch a friend pitch in the State Softball Semi-Finals. I hope she wins and makes it to state. She deserves it. She's really good.
Well, since I had some extra time on my hands I finished reading the D. N. Angel manga I bought the other day. Pretty good stuff.
Duo needs help.....but you already knew that....
Ok, I'm having some computer problems. So all you computer geniuses out there listen up! Alright...I have a cable modem, yet my internet keeps loading the speed of dail-up. Not only that, but I can't get some of these pop-up things to go away. No matter how many times I clear my cookies, or run spy ware. Also...something keeps happening where my computer will randomly say "Windows Explorer has encounted a problem and needs to close" and then all the stuff that is at the bottom of the screen goes away...and comes back. I'm like WTF, mate? So if any of you have any ideas, it would be greatly appricated.

You know....it's sad when your friend won't spend time with you because there is something on television she "can't miss". Hello jackass! It's called a VCR! You put a tape in there and you can record things! Whooo....look at technology....apparently it's TOO ADVANCED FOR YOU!!!
Sorry, I had to rant. I would have gone to the movies with Katie and Ann again, but I don't think I can afford to go to the movies twice in one week. Esp. since I'm not working at the moment, and don't plan on doing so until we get back from our vaction, which will be sometime in early June. I hate my job, and I really want a new one. But I really can't think of another place to apply. Life sucks.
I'm going to start my story either tomarrow to Friday. Look for changes in the intro to tell ya whats going on. Also, if you don't see your button to the left *points to side bar* I'd like to put it up if you have one. Just give me the link to it so I can add you. "I'm Free! I'm Free!....dang it!"
I got this quiz from Nikki's site.
So yeah, yesterday was graduation and after graduation. Thanks for all your good lucky guys, I won a bunch of stuff! First off, we all got some Coleman coolars. Pretty neat little things. heh..inside them where toothpaste and deoderant...kinda wierd ne? Yeah, and then I won some candy and junk food. The next big thing I got was a bean bag chair. It's lime green, and really sticks out in my room. But it's comfy, and I kinda needed one. I also got a 3 drawer plasic shelf thing and a throw. The throw is really soft, and I also needed the drawer thing as well. So it worked out pretty well. We had a casino thing and I won $326, 000. Too bad this wasn't real money. Lyndsey won $736, 000 so we combined our money after she got out bid on another thing. We got this tennis set. We decided that I would keep the tennis racket, it's really cool, and I wanted that as well, she'll keep the bag it came in, and Erin and Katie, who also helped us out in the money department, but not as much (we still love you!) are going to share the dinner thing that was a part of the package. Then there was also an hour's court time at an Tennis Academy that me and Lyndsey are going to share. Pretty cool! Then at the big prizes, Lyndsey won a camping set! Lucky girl, and my "sis" won a TV. I swear she always wins something.
So yeah, our Talent rocked! Everyone cheered for us, and we even got a standing ovation. But we didn't win. (I think it was rigged). Heh...even Ms. Kansas was at this thing!
So all in all, it was one pretty eventfull day. Got tons of money got tons of prizes, and didn't have to wake up till noon today. *sighs* Tonight is our soccer banquet where I get my varsity letter. Whoot! Sometime this week I'll start my story for all ya'l to read. Till then! Have a good week at school everyone who still has to go! Comments (7) |

Well....this is it. Twelve years of my life have lead up to this moment, through all the toils and troubles, hardships, and whatever else have come my way..esp. those spellilng tests....I have made it. Today is the day I walk across that stage. I really don't know what to feel, sad or happy. I just know it's going to be a fun day. Wish me luck at after prom so I can win tons of prizes! And don't forget to read my last post and tell me what you think. Love ya all, and thanks for your undying support!
