chapter 1
In the cold of the night,everything sleeps and awaits for the sun to rise.Just as soon as the sun rays barely light up the skies,two wanderers quietly walk into a town in the middle of a desert waste land.One of the visiters was covered in a robe,having his hood part over his head.The other held an umbrella over her head.She wore a tube top with a torn up tanktop and some torn pants.Her long,seasonal hair,straight from the top and as it goes down its all curled up.The two entered a small cafe that was barely filled with locals.They approached the counter and sat on the stools,patiently waiting for the waiter to come.
"Um...hello!What would you like to order miss?"asked the waiter as he stood next to the girl.
"Sure uh,can I have some ice cold water w/ a loaf of honey bread,"the girl answered w/ a tired face,"and you Isaac?"
She nudges the hooded man next to her.He seemed half asleep for his head drooped from side to side.Calmly and quietly he looks at the girl.
"Cerisa you know I'll have the same as you,"Isaac whispered.
"Well,he'll take the same thing as me,"Cerisa told the waiter.
As soon as he leaves,more locals enter in,staring at Isaac and Cerisa,mummuring.A group of guys sat nearby them and one of them walked up to Cerisa.
"I believe i haven't seen your face in town doll,are you new here?"the man stared at her with a grin.
Isaac already sensed his intentions and glared at him,for the guy looked at Cerisa's lightly tanned body.
"We're nomads just passing by,"she replies
"If ya need any help just ask me ANYTHING and I'll take care of ya,"the stranger grinned widely
His buddies in the back only watched,snickering.Cerisa felt annoyed and yet had an idea.
"well I got a question if you dont mind"-Cerisa
"Yesssss!"the man was very eager to know.
"Okay well...,"she starts to say,she gives him a daring look,"can you help me find..."
"yes!"says the man getting closer to her.
All of a sudden,she grabs him by the collarand holds him tight,off the ground.
"Do you know any info. on someone named Luneitus!?"she whisperes evilly.
The man shudders and looked scared to answer.Afetr about a minute,Cerisa got annoyed and shook him violently,while holding him.His buddies became nervous and she smiles.
"Will you please tell me?"she holds her fist up.
"Uh!..there is a girl in town named Mia,she is always at the fountain in the town square...uh...she knows many things about the one you call Luneitus..."the man croaks.
"...Thank you,"she drops him.
Once the waiter arrives with the food,Cerisa and Isaac take their goods and pay the man.They leave with bit of bread in their mouths and stuff the rest in their pockets.5 minutes later,Isaac spots the fountain with a young lady sitting on the edge of it,playing around with the water.Her hair was blue,she wore a cloaked-robe-dress w/ symbols of water.The two walk up to her kindly sitting next to her.
"Mia,is it?We were told that you could help us find someone,"Cerisa starts out.
The girl looked shy and her head drooped down as she fiddled with her fingers.
"umm...uh...how may i help?"she almost whispers.
"well me and my twin brother are trying to find a guy named Luneitus,"Cerisa answers.
Mia's eyes are filled with surprise and stares at Cerisa.
"Why would...you want to find him?"she mutters
Cerisa looked at Isaac signaling that it was his turn to talk.
"uh...miss Mia,we are lookin for him because he may be able to help us with somethin important,"he gently replies.
Mia blushes at the sound of his voice.
"Well he is the 'Son of the Moon',"Mia starts out,"he can control the elements of what the moon represents.It is said by legend that when he was born,he got taken away by the moon from earth.Being the moon's son,he can cause floods,tides,and tsunamis:but he tries to find peace for his mind for he stresses on the fact that he has to take the moon's place."
"taking over the moon?So if the moon dies then he'll have to take control and become the new moon?"cerisa asks.
"yes...I've heard that he drifts around where ever lunar flowers bloom.You can only find them near pure water,"Mia continues,"Moon Glow Falls is a very pure spiritual place where many have claimed to see him.When you leave this town,go norht and you find a mountain range of the Zulmarin Mountains.In the middle,you should be bale to find the waterfall there."
"wow!!...you know what!?"cerisa says
She grabs Mia's hands,gently.
"Your'e coming w/ us!"she nearly shouts.
"huh!...wha??but-"mia was cut off when cerisa says that she would need a really wise guide and that she and Isaac would protect her.
20 minutes later...
The 3 were at the edge of the city staring at the soiled,rocky and sandy wasteland.
"I am sooooo not walkin!"Cerisa complains
"i sense some dessert raptors nearby,"Isaac says.
Cerisa grins widely with excitement.
