Chapter 2
Cerisa,Isaac,and Mia quietly tiptoe over a small ranch with caution.In the ranch were sand coloered raptors with huge hinde legs built for speed and average-small arms.Thier rough bodies were heat resistent,and some fiery feathers sprung out from its forehead and on the end of their tails.Large talons and threatening sharp teeth stuck out as they glared at the 3.They were hungry.
"Perfect!Since it seems like no one is around,they shouldn't mind us borrowing them and leave for good,"Cerisa whispers with a grin.
"Borrowing?Don't you mean stealing?!And 'for good'!?"Mia nearly shouted.
"Sssssshhhh,"Isaac nervously tried to calm her down.
Cerisa jumps over the fence and slowly approached one of the raptors.She counted 8 of them,all were born from the wild but captured by humans.The raptor she approached sniffed her with eagerness.She suddenly remembered that she had bits of honey bread in her back pocket.The raptor nudged its head on her waist,letting her know that he wanteed to have it.She grabbed it out and handed it to him,cautiuosly,trying not to alert him.He gently devoured the bread with his knife-sharp teeth.
"There boy.I hope that builds up our bond from here on out,"Cerisa says gently.
The raptor purrs while rubbing his head on her shoulder,indicating that he trusted her.Isaac grabs 3 saddles on the fence and jumps over to Cerisa and her new friend.Mia followed,scared of the raptros because they could have jumped on her and finish her off for dinner any second.
"We'll let you out so you can strecth your legs and run like you did in the wild,"Cerisa says,"Onliy if you promise to help mama earth on her mission."
The raptor squeals out and allows Isaac to set up a saddle on its back.15 minutes later,Cerisa,Isaac,and Mia are on a raptor each,ready to leave the ranch.The 5 other raptors escape whe Cerisa openned the gate.
"Yiiiiiiiiiip!!"Cerisa screams out and all 3 raptors charge out the ranch at full force,heading north in the wasteland.
Its been half a day now and the 3 are still heading north.The twins are exhausted but Mia seemed to be fine for some how she obtained countless jugs of water with her.Isaac noticed this and seemed very curious to how and where she got it.
"Are you a water seer?"he asks out of the blue.
"!!uh..."Mia is surprised,"no..."
"Your'e Mercury right?"Cerisa all of sudden says.
An awkward silence rises as a breeze brushes the sand on the raptors feet.
"How long have you known?"Mia mutters
"Since we met...Don't worry,I think you should know who I am,"Cerisa says,"I'm the new mother Earth...its only in my instincts to know who you are.I've met the previous Mercury before...he was your father."
Mia looks at Cerisa surprised to hear all of this.It was silent for a while.All of a sudden,after the sunset and half the moon arose,the raptors sniffed the air and squacked in delight!The raptor Mia rode became jumpy and Cerisa calmed it down with a simpl hush.The raptor headed staright forward with the other two following.In a few minutes they reach a forest on the edge of the wasteland and a huge mountain range stormed over it.
"Looks like we've found the Zulmarine Mountains,"Cerisa says looking up at the mountains,"Good job Asin!"
She pecks the raptor's head with a light smooch and Mia gives her a wierd look.
"You named it?"Isaac says with a sweatdrop.
Cerisa nods and squeaks a giggle for she is proud of Asin.They head to the forest and approach the mountain in an hour.Isaac looks around.
"I sense an openning cave nearby,"Isaac says calmly.
"There is pure water running through it,"Mia sternly replies,"the cave should lead to the Moon Glow Falls."
As 30 minutes pass,the 3 are in the cave,gazing at the seablue rock walls.A stream runs down in the cave and to the end,which was as openning leading to the Pure spring with a waterfall.Moon flowers bloomed,silvery petals sparkled i the monnlight.Mia's eyes widened with awe and was speechless.The 3 get off thir raptors and the raptors go for the spring and drink the pure waters of heaven's tears.
"Where is that Moonboy?"Cerisa shouts as she looks around.
Isaac and Cerisa all of a sudden look at the waterfall,alerted of something.The 3 raptors soon become alert and stay on guard,glaring and hissing at the waterfall.Mia has a sudden chill down her spine.An extreme blast of water slashes through the falls and barley hits Isaac.A gap was marked on the ground about 4 feet deep.A sea nymph appears.Lavender hair,sky blue skin,fish finned ears,and a majestically flowing half dress.She held a water sword in hand,ready to attack.
"A water sprinte!?"Mia shouts.
"Its warning us to leave...its guarding something,"Isaac says preparing to fight.
The sprinte attacks again with a little bit more force into her swing.Its doesn't touch Isaac for a black forcefield protects him.Cerisa jumps up to the sprinte and a golden spear appears in her hand and starts to slash against the water sword.As she distracts it,Mia goes bext to the waterfall and uses her power to move the water in a different direction.She gasps as she glances over and sees a boy about 17 years old.He has silver hair,pale skin,and blue tribal marking around his body.He wore silk pants and was unconscience with cuts and bruises;Laying on a platform in a small hole in the wall.
"Stop the battle!"Mia yells
The sprinte looks back and is surprised.Cerisa and Isaac stop and walk over to Mia.Cerisa jumps next to the person,shaking his shoulders.
"Hey!Boy!Wake up!"she shouts
The guy's eyes start to slowly open,revealing his gray colored eyes.
"who...are...you?"he manages to stutter.
"More importantly,who are YOU?"Cerisa says.
"...Lu...Lu...Luneitus,"he stutters in a whisper.
