Can anyone help me? -.-


I really want to make myself an animeated MyOtaku logo. I think you have to have powerpoint or something, but can someone tell me?

I want to make one! ^^ Do you need a certain logo maker thingy? how do you get letters on the picture to change? HELP ME!!
