   Fan Fic!!!

Hey there guys! Here's my fan fic from chapter 1-20. (20's the new chapter by the way) Oh & I also added the chapter tittles & what not, so please enjoy!:

Chapter: 1, The Begining Of My Journey:
I walked in on Naraku yelling at Kanna. I tried to leave as fast as I coud before I was noticed, but it was to late. He had already spotted me. He could sense my presense. He had Kanna leave in a hurry. I was left alone..., with Naraku. It was an awkward silence that was thick. He sat in one corner. I stood in the other. The silence grew larger, until he broke it with his chilling voice.
"Kagura, did you kill InuYasha...?" Naraku spoke.
"I...I..I did not. But I will assure--" I started.
"I do not want to be assured. I want him dead. And now. Why can't anyone follow out my orders!? Why can you not do what I tell you to do!?" Naraku yelled.
"I'm sorry Naraku, but...I will be sure to kill him next time." I responed with a hint of fear.
"No you won't, Kagura. There won't be a next time." He said glarring into my eyes with that hateful look that put a chill down your spine.
"What do you mean, Naraku...?"
"What do I mean? I'm dispatching you. You are of no more further service to me. You can't even kill Inu Yasha. What makes you think you can serve me?"
I was a little bit happy when he said that he was getting rid of me. I was only thinking of one thing my whole life--freedom. My wish was finally comming true! I could be free! This is what I was waiting for my whole life!
I got too caught up in the thought, and released a slight grin. Naraku saw me try and whipe it off in a rush before he saw, but it was no use. He saw everything I did. He stood up and walked over towards me. He grinned himself.
"My dear Kagura, what did you think I mean by 'dispatching' you?" he asked.
"I don't know. Maybe you'd just--" I paused. I couldn't speak. My tongue wouldn't move. I was frozen in fear.
"I'm going to tell you what I meant, all right? What I meant was that I'm going to kill you. That's all. Nothing to grin about as you can see. Unless death is your wish...?" He raised his hand and slapped me across my face.
I couldn't defend myslef from his blow. I fell to the gruond with a thump. I started to think in a rush what I could do to get myself out of being killed. I started to think that maybe that Sesshoumaru could be of use to me. But before I could think anymore Naraku grabbed me by the neck & picked me up into the air. I could feel his cold hands on my neck. It was frightening. He carried me outside & threw me a couple of feet. I tired to get up & fly away, but before I could get my feather out, Naraku had already made a blow. He sent me flying into the air. I couldn't even think about what just happened. It was so quick. My body couldn't respond to the pain until my body hit the ground. I had broken my arm. I started to plea for forgiveness. I was begging him to let me live. But he picked me up & threw me again. This time when he threw me I was ready. When he released my body from his grasp I grabed my feather out & rode off. I thought I was in the clear, but I wasn't Naraku made one last blow of power that almost hit me, but luckily he was only able to rip my top part of kimono off. He then yelled 'I'll kill you believe it or not. You just go ahead & run for now'. It frightened me, but not so much as I would loose focus of my goal.
When I was in the clear I started to think. I thought to myself about how I am no longer Naraku's servant. I'm no longer bound to his demands. Then it hit me. The one thing I have wished for for so long has finally come to me. I was free! A huge smile over came my face accompanied by laughter. I felt happy & light. I didn't feel any need to harm anyone. But I still felt pain.
I found a safe quiet spot to land. A spot by a little creek where I could relax & enjoy the moment. I stripped down & rested my body in the nice cool water. It felt so good. But as I started to wash myself with the crystal like water I noticed I still had the scar on my back. The scar shapped like a spider. The scar of Naraku. It made me ill for a moment, but then I came to my senses & realized that I need not fear for I am safe from that vile demon. Then I lay my head on a smooth rock & shut my eyes. I silently drifted off into a daze...that soon became a slumber.

Chapter: 2, The Mists of Truth:
When I came to, I found myself in the water where I had last been. It had grown dark. I came to the conclusion that I had been in slumber for a couple of hours. I stood up & let my hair out. I just woke up, so I wasn't really aware of my surroundings other than the fact that I was bathing somewhere in a forest & Naraku was no where near. I continued to bathe myself. But I suddenly heard a rustle in the bush. I stopped & ducked myself down into the water so no one could look at my bare skin. I tried to crawl over to my one last piece of clothing across the way. But before I cuold a demon apeared before me. It was no other than Inu Yasha's brother, Sesshoumaru.
I made a quick squiel. I grabed my clothes & quickly put them on. Even though the top was destroyed, i still managed to keep myself descent. My back was turned toward him. I couldn't tell what he was doing. He could've even been ready to strike me with his talons for all I knew. I couldn't respond to anything. My brain wasn't working right. I wa still in a tizzy at the fact that Naraku wants to kill me. And to add to it I had just woke up & my legs were numb from them falling asleep. Sesshoumaru's presence was cold & frightening. He quietly started to speek.
"Where is your master?"
My eyes grew wide. He was talking about Naraku. The very thought of him made me a bit dizzy. I slowly but surely responded to his question.
"In have no master. I, Kagura of the winds, am a free woman."
"Oh is that so...? Then where might Naraku be...?" He asked again, this time with a slight hit of annoyance.
"I do not know. Nor do I want to know."
"Is that true...?...Then you are of no use to me...." He said as he silently turned as if ready to walk off.
I silently sat there as he slowly walked away. Suddenly something came over me & I yelled out his name.
"Sesshoumaru! Wait!"
He turned his back & stared at me. I was about to cry. I didn't know why but I was. I had no reasoning for telling him to wait. I had no reasoning for even saying his name. Something just came over me & then left me in silence.
"Do you have something to say or not?" He asked.
"I--I--I need your help..."
"With what could I possibly help you with? What benifit would I gain from helping you?"
"Nothing. You would gain nothing. But I--" I was cutt off.
"I have no time for you. I have to go find Naraku." He said walking off into the distance without a second thought.
I sat their in silence. Not knowing what happened. I started to think to myself.
"When I called out for him...I felt something strange. It was a pain in my chest. It wasn't painful....but more enjoyable...but..why?...." I asked myself.
I was left sitting there in the cold water to think to myself for the rest of the night.
Chapter: 3, What I Need:
While I sat there & thought I got a feeling that I should go after him. So I did so. I ran as fast as I could not even to stop & think about what I should be doing; what I could be doing. I could fly, why was I running like a foolish mortal? But that wasn't going through my head. No. The only thought that I had was to get to Sesshoumaru.
I finally made my way out of the forest. But there was still no sign of Sesshoumaru anywhere. I stopped & looked around me. I must've been running for almost an hour. I was tired & exhausted. But I still wanted to go on to find him. But my body couldn't move any further. So without even a thought, I passed out right there in the middle of the clearing.
When I opened my eyes, the first thing I saw was a little girl tending to me. She was feeding me, putting bandages on me. She was helping me like I knew her. But the truth was I never saw this girl in my life...or at least I thought.
"Good morning! I see you're awake!" The little girl leaned her face over mine with a giant smile.
I was in confusion. I just stayed silent & did nothing. I was to worried on who this girl was with & where she might have came from. I opened my eyes all the way & looked around me. And there sitting underneath a tree was Sesshoumaru. Was this little human girl with Sesshoumaru? But how could that be. He said so himself he detests humans. But why would this girl be any exception?
I stared at him intentively. It was like I was in a daze & the only thing I could do was lay my eyes upon him. He looked over at me with a mean look. I turned away. The little girl was still carring to my wounds. She spoke once more.
"My name's Rin, what's yours?" she said in a perky way.
"...Kagura. I'm Kagura." I responded in a muder.
"Kagura. That's a pretty name. What happened to you Kagura? Your badly hurt. And what's that scar on your back? Why's it shaped like a spider?" Rin asked with great curiosity.
"Well--you see--" I started.
Sesshoumaru took a stand & told Rin that that was enough bandages & sent her off to find food. Rin was then accompanied by a green toad-like-demon.
"You're weak... Why?" he asked.
"I didn't kill your brother. He's disapointed that I can never kill him. And then he snapped..." I said in a shuder like voice.
"By refering to 'he' you mean Naraku?" he asked.
"Yes. And he tried to kill me..., but I got away. And here I am...wondering around like a lost spirit."
"I see. So because Inu Yasha did not die he wants to kill you? I'm glad."
"What? Why are you glad? It's horrible!"
"No. I'm glad you didn't kill Inu Yasha or Naraku. Both of their heads belong to me."
"Oh..."
"Now if you don't mind I think you are quiet well now. Well enough to survive on your own. Remember it wasn't my idea to help you. It was Rin's." he turned.
"Wait. Speaking of Rin..., she's a human right?"
"...Yes..."
"Then why do you care for the girl?"
He didn't respond. He called for Jaken & Rin & walked off. I was once again left alone. That's the only thing that I was ever happy with. Being alone. But now I'm not. Now that I'm free I want to share my freedom with someone else. But with whom? I don't know. Obviously not Sesshoumaru. He could care less about me. Then I started to think. What if I hunted down Inu Yasha? Would he help me? But what do I need help with other than staying alive? I must've gone crazy. I don't need his help. I just need to find a place where I can live silently, quietly, and...alone. That was all I ever wanted. But now I want something more. I found out what it was, too. I want love.

Chapter: 4, The Miniature Village:
I now found what I wanted. It was love. I knew that I loved Sesshoumaru for a while...but I just never knew what the feeling meant. But now...all I want to do is be with Sesshoumaru. But how do I get him to want the same thing? How do I get him to love me back? How do I get him to forgive me for being a spawn of Naraku? How could it ever work out?
It didn't mater now. I quickly hurried to the path on my way to the nearest village. I knew I probably wouldn't be accepted, because I am a demon. And even if they didn't accept me, I could normally just kill them..., but now I can't Naraku was watching me. If I did anything that might catch his eye it would be all over for me. I'm still not strong enough to face him. How can Inu Yasha & Sesshoumaru do that? Continueously engage in battle with him? It doesn't matter. Nothing ever matters to me. Just to be happy, that is my only concern. So with that last thought I took out my feather & rode off to the nearest village.
I rode on & on & finally i stumbled upon a small village. It was a quiet one. only about five homes at the most. There were small children playing in the path way. Running about without a care in the world. Running about like the were free... I stared at amazement at the lovely site that I've never really noticed before. As I stand at the top of the hill watching the village from afar, the elder villagers were watching me. Soon I noticed that the children were being told to go inside. The elder ones ran with fear as they stared into my eyes & looked at my bandages. Then I noticed what the reason was. I was a demon. A demon is never welcome into a quiet place of happiness & caress. But as much as I knew that I would not be welcomed, I walked down the hill into the village.
As I walk through the village I hear children whispering about my apperance. I look into some of the windows to find faces trying to hide themselves after they peek at me. How pitiful humans were... I came to the last house in the village. A small brown home with holes in the roof. I went into the home without even saying 'hello' or any type of warning to let them know that I was here. But when I walked in..., there was no one there. It was only a one room home. Not very big. It could probably only fit a small family with two children. There was a bed area over in the far right corner & in the center of the room was a fire pit. Directly above the fire pit was a large hole in the roof that was covered with fresh green grass. How very odd I thought. I came to the conclusion that no one was there & that I should welcome myself in. After all I'm a demon, I need no permission to stay where I want to.
I limped over to the bed area & lay myself down over the golden hay that laid there. I slowly drifted off into dreams.

Chapter: 5, The Bringing of Change & Sorrow:
As I opened my eyes with a dizzy feel, I noticed figures hoovering around & above me. It took me a while to come to completely. But when I did I noticed that they weren't figures, but more like children. They were the children from the village here to see whom I was. What pesky creatures I thought. How rude to barge in on me while I slumber in soft dreams. As I thought one of the rose up & poked me with a long burnt stick.
"Wake up you creature!" the boy shouted.
I didn't say anything but glare at the boy with great annoyance in my eyes.
"What are you...?" another young boy asked in a quivered like voice.
"...I am--" I started.
"That my friends is a demon. A creature made by the devil. Meant only to bring pain and suffering to those it meets. It's truly a vile thing to stumble upon." a more matured boy said in the eeriest way.
"I am a demon. And if that is what you think I do then I supose I shall kill you." I said with a smirk on my face.
"You lie. You would not harm us children." the boy with the stick said aloud.
"I do not lie. I only speak what you want me to." thus another grinn appeared on my face as I enjoyed seeing the fear in the boys' eyes spread.
"You have no place in our village. Why did you come here?" The older boy asked.
"I came here because I am a free spirit & do as I choose..." the grinn slipped off of my face.
"You have no right to be here. Leave!" the boy yelled in a hoarse way.
"I refuse. I am comfortable here, and will stay. Besides no young boy like you can scare me away." I sunk my head down onto the bed more.
"I say we kill it!" the boy with the stick shouted.
"What? Do you honestly think you can kill me? I am far to powerful to fall to a mere human such as yourself." I sat up and glared.
"Then we will just have to slay you. You're to wounded to defend yourself. You can't do anything that much to us. Whatever you do I will probably survive. You do not scare me." the older boy said.
"What is your name? If I must die I'd like to know the name of my slayer..." I said with a little grinn not to revealing.
"Sora. My name is Sora." the older boy said.
"Sora. Well, Sora I must tell you, you have some nerves talking to me like such. Do you have any idea who I am?"
"You are a demon sent to torture us until death. That is who you are." Sora said.
"I have a name. It's Kagura. You address me by it. Never call me 'it' or 'creature' or 'demon' again!" I snapped.
"Kagura. You are the one that hunts Inu Yasha, are you not?" Sora asked.
"Yes. That is I."
"Then you are the one they say is spawn from Naraku?" he asked.
"...I am. But how do you know of him & Inu Yasha?" I asked.
"I know these things because Inu Yasha stopped at our village once & he stayed in this very home. And Lady Kagome slept in the same bed you are sleeping in now! You don't deserve to even walk on the same ground as her! Inu Yasha & Lady Kagome told me their story about you..., about Naraku, about Kanna, and about Sango's younger brother Kohaku. He told me everything he knew. And since then I detested all demons say except for he & the two small demons that he traveled with." Sora said.
"So...I'm not worthy of that Bitch's ground? Is that what you're saying?!" I snapped standing up & towering over the young boys.
"You must leave our village or die! You have no right to ruin our happiness by staying here! Leave now before I kill you!" Sora snapped back standing only about a foot lower than I.
"I will not leave! I will stay here until I wish to leave!" I screamed.
"Then die!" Sora yelled drawing out his long sharp blade from his back.
He pointed it at my neck where I had lifted it to raise my voice. Sweat started to run down from our faces as I gulped. The two other boys stood there in shock, probably because they weren't expecting me to be so stuborn & stay. The quivering boy ran out of the home followed by the boy with the stick. I was left alone with Sora ready to kill me.
A thick silence grew. Until he said ' Leave now. Run away & never come back. I'll spare your life if you do'. As he said those words his hands started to grow wet from the sweat. His arms shook, making the blade go up & down in a sturdy type of movement. I looked into his eyes as he looked into mine.
"You're unsure of slaying me aren't you? You've never killed before. I can tell by how nervous you are & how your stance is. You just expect to swing that blade as much as you can unil my head lops off, don't you?" a smile lit my face.
"You devil. I might not have ever killed anyone before, but there's always a first for everything. I might bloody my hands & stain my soul, but at least I did it to safe this village! I'm not like you! I don't have hatred & death glazing my eyes!" He screamed with tears running down his face.
As he screamed, running through the door was a small little girl crying out 'Sora! Stop it! Don't kill her!' . He stood quiet with tears running down his face. The blade still pointed at me, but his attention at the littl girl.
"Don't kill her, please!?" the littl girl cried out again.
Sora's hand quivered with unease, not being able what to do or say. He stood in silence, as did I, while the little girl cried harder than a water fall for my sake.

Chapter: 6, My New Home & Family:
The little girl cried & cried as she ran over to Sora's side & shoke his leg. As she did the blade started to lower. Then finally Sora's tears grew to great & the girl's howl's grew to heavy to control, Sora had become reluctant & came to his sense & lowered the blade all the way & retreated it back to its sheith. It was over. Thanks to the little girl I was saved. But what to say. I stood in silenece and then fell down onto the bed. I was still weak from Naraku, so I was lucky enough to be able to hold my ground tht long. Truth wasm if he tried hard enough, he probably could've killed me. But because of me trying to taunt him & tease, I saved my life with the help of that girl's cry.
The girl crawled over to me with glowing eyes of love. I had never seen such eyes. Almost the same eyes as the little girl, Rin had. How beautiful those eyes were. Big brown eyes filled with joy & happiness. Oh how I wanted those eyes. But I didn't. I had deep red eyes glazed with a touch of hatred. How ugly they were.
"Are-- are you okay?" the little girl asked in a shoken up voice as she started to hold my hand.
I didn't really pay any attention to the girl's words, but more like her voice. How pure it was. Like fresh spring water on a summer's day. Then I noticed her hair & the rest of her apperance. She had short brownish-red hair and had big brown eyes. She wore her hair in pigtails that showed her innocence. Her dress was a little red outfit with black blossoms imbrodered upon it. How did she get that dress? It was beautiful. She was beautiful. Oh how stupendous she looked in that dress as her pigtails stuck out & her eywes filled with tears. Then I answered her.
"I'm fine," I lit up with a smile," what's you name?"
"It's Hatsumi." her face lit up with a smile as well as she whiped away her tears.
"Why do you cry for me?" I asked
"Well, Lady Kagome told us that it's not right to kill & that we shouldn't unless the problem is trheatening us. But I don't think you should die. You're to pretty to die." the girl said shinning her smile at Sora now as he clear his face of his tears.
"...What...?...To...pretty...?" I was stunned.
"Yeah. You're beautiful. I wish I could be as pretty as you. But unfortunately I must wait for my body to blossom & swell such as yours." Hatsumi said lifting herself up & walking towards Sora.
"But--" I started then stopped.
"Sora, can she stay? She's nice & she won't do anything bad. She's hurt. She needs a place to stay. Please, Sora? Can she please stay here?" A tear fell to her cheek as she said this, but she was still smiling & clinging onto Sora's leg.
"I suppose..." he said as he looked down upon her bright & smiling face.
"Thank you!" she squiled as she jumped onto him & clung to him like a sloth to a tree.
"Hatsumi, you're so beautiful & sweet." Sora said.
When he said that a tear fell from my eye. How weird I thought. It was beautiful to hear a boy call a little girl beautiful. Maybe if someone told me I was beautiful. But how happy Hatsumi looked when he told her that. Oh what a great big smile lit her face as she quickly stole a kiss from her Prince Charmming.
"You can stay, Kagura. But you can't go around scarring anyone." Sora said in a serious like voice as a few giggles escaped.
"Alright. But where do you stay?" I asked.
"We stay here. My parents died when I was young, so now I live here & fend for the both of us." he said.
"So you two are brother & sister? How cute." I said.
"No. When I was ten I found Hatsumi in the forest where you came from. She had no memory or anything so I took her in. We help eachother survive." he said.
"Yup! Sora's taken care of me my whole life!" a giant grinn came onto her face as she played around with Sora's facial expressions.
"Not you whole life! Just the life that you remember!" He shouted letting out a large laugh as Hatsumi played around with his face wrinkling it up like a basset hound.
"How sweet." I chuckled.
"Now it's time for bed get changed & go to bed." Sora demanded changing the subject.
"Okay!" Hatsumi yelled as she jumped down from Sora.
"Where will you sleep?" I asked.
"If you don't mind Hatsumi will sleep there with you." he said.
"I don't mind, but where will you sleep?" I asked.
"I will stand gaurd of the village like always."
"You watch the village? How very brave." I said with a little grinn.
"I have to do something to help out the village & earn food. So I do that." he said.
"I'm ready!" Hatsumi cried out as she jumped into bed.
"Night Hatsumi!" Sora yelled as he started to head outside.
"Wait, Sora! Hugs & kiss! Remember?" She cried reaching her arms out for him to come into.
"Okay, okay." he said relentlesly comming over to her to hug & kiss her good night.
"Thanks! I love you Sora!" She said laying her head down.
"I love you to. I should be back around the time when you wake up. Make sure Kagura watches you when I'm gone." he said leaving the home to head out to the front of th village to watch for the night.
Whe we were alone I started to drift off, but before I lost it completely I managed to say one thing.
"How brave he is..." I said as I drifted off into sleep.

Chapter: 7, Hatsumi's Dream:
That night when I slept I could feel Hatsumi's cold hands holding onto mine. She seemed to have been having a nightmare. How strange. I never had one before. If I did I don't remember. I don't think I have ever had a dream either. How odd. I never knew of horror or happiness as I slept. I jest felt rest & strength being restored to me. It was relaxing enough for me.
Hatsumi whimpered in her sleep. She even at one point in time cried. She wasn't awake, but she was crying & trying to spaeak. She said a name that I could hardly, but did hear. She said 'Sesshoumaru'. How strange. She couldn't have been talking about the Sesshoumaru that I knew of. Or maybe she did. After all she knew of Inu Yasha. But what did he do to her to torture her so & make her cry in her sleep?
She tossed & turned until she rolled off the bedding area. She fell onto the dirt ground shivering, crying, whimpering in her sleep. Such a poor soul. I got up & carried her back to bed, but when I layed her back down she woke up with a shoked expression. The out of no where, she said something.
"Sara..." Hatsumi said.
"What?" I asked confused, not sure if she was even awake.
"Sara...It's Sara! She came back for me. But then--he--she left me alone again." Hatsumi said burting her face in my clothes.
"Sara...? Who is she?" I asked.
"My mother...I think. I've been having dreams of her lately. She calls me her 'Darling Ai'. And I called her 'Mommy'. It's like I know her but yet...I don't."
"In your sleep you said Sesshoumaru... Do you know of him?"
"I'm not sure... I remember in my dreams he's a tall mysterious man who stole the heart of Sara. But... he never really spoke a word. I just remember that she died at his feet crying out his name. And then I woke up here."
"Was he a demon with silver long hair?" I asked.
"Yes. A tall demon with silver hair & a cresent moon on his forehead. How enchanting he was, but he never cared to look my way. How did you know?" she said letting out a sigh.
"Oh no reason. Just wondering." I said giving a cheesy smile.
We both lay back down to go to sleep. She closed her eyes softley & let out a little yawn. But as she lay snoozing I stayed awake thinking what her dream meant. I couldn't figure it out. Sora said that he found her when he was ten. Since she's only like around the age of ten now & he's fifteen...she was five or somewhere around there when he found her. I think I also remembered Sesshoumaru saying the name of a woman known as Sara. But why? What did this Sara mean to him? To Hatsumi? To me? I tossed & turned & came to my senses when a sharp pain hit my chest & noticed I was still injured badly. So I layed down & went back to sleep thinking of her dream.
Chapter: 8, A Filled Day Indeedy!:
In the morning, I awoke to Hatsumi's bright face shinning a bright smile above me with her dangling long beautiful locks of hair. When I got up out of bed she jumped like a frog from one corner of the room to another. She was a little wild thing. It was amusing to see how energetic she was in the morning. Her bright & enthusiastic smile compared to my droopy eyes & droll stained clothes. She was amazing.
When I was finished cleaning myself at the river with Hatsumi, we walked back up to the place which I now called home. Inside the home, there, we saw Sora gazing off into the sky from the window-like feature. When he noticed we had come back he started to speak.
"We have a lot of things to do today. First we need to get food, because we're out," he let off a little giggle," and we also need to go help the villagers out, too."
"Why must we help other people?" I asked.
"Well..., we need to earn some money some how." he said in a horse voice.
"Yup! We have to help people almost everyday to earn our keep here & to also earn money for medicines!" Hatsumi yelled bouncing off into Sora's lap.
"Now, Hatsumi, I want you to help Mr. Ushida with his vegitable garden & I also want you to help Mrs. Hirasawa with preparing dinner. If we're lucky, she can give us some of it. And Kagura, I want you to just go & explore here, or if you want to you can go explore in the forest, though I must warn you I've heard stories of demons lurking in there, though it should be no threat to you, you're a demon yourself, right? And also Ms. Ishida made this for you." He said.
Sora held up a beautiful Kimono that looked almost exactly like my old one.
"Oh, my! It's perfect!" I shouted jumping into the air catching the kimono out of his grasp.
"Yay!" Hatsumi shouted jumping up in joy as if she had no clue what was going on, but yet she still felt that I was happy.
"Can I wear it now!?" I asked with joy in my voice, knowing I won't have to wander around half naked anymore.
"Of course. I'm sure the villagers wouldn't want a slut-like demon wandering around their village." He said with a loud burst of laughter.
"Ha, ha. Very funny. But if you don't mind I would like to change now, so can you please go outside?" I said.
"Sure, I have to leave anyway. Hey, can you dress Hatsumi, too?"
"Yeah. Why not? But what are you going to do today?" I asked.
"I'm going hunting for demons."
"Demons? Why demons?" I asked.
"Well, if I get a demon head or more I can afford to pay off my debt completely & me & Hatsumi can move somewhere else."
"I see...But what debt?"
"It's a long story. I better go out now. I'll be back soon. Kagura, please walk Hatsumi to Mr. Ushida's?" He said running out in a hurry.
"What's his problem?" I asked myself out loud.
"He's just ashamed to say it, but his parents before they died had a large debt to pay off,so since they're dead it's up to the son. Sora, to pay it off." Hatsumi said over hearing my thought.
"Oh..."
"Yeah..."
We stood in silence for a mear minute thinking about what she had just said. But when I stopped thinking I realized that I had to change & get ready.
"Hatsumi, come on, get your clothes ready, so when I'm done changing I can change you quickly, so you're not late for your job over at Mr. Ushida's." I said with a little smile brightening up my face.
While I changed into my new clothes, Hatsumi hurriedly raced through all of her small, bright little outfits to pick out which one she wanted to wear today. As soon as I was done, she came up to me with her outfit. She turned around & undressed herself from her night clothes. When she was fully naked I hurriedly put her outfit on over her head & fastened it & what not to make it the perfect kimono for a little girl.
Her kimono was so small, just like her. It was bright pink with little yellow & green flower spotting it in every direction. She had no shoes, so It wasn't the perfect get-up, but it was still cute and quiet innocent looking. She made me put her hair up in a little pink bow atop her head. She was beautiful.
"It's time to go!" I said picking her up in my arms. I was mostly recovered from the injuries.
"Yay!" Hatsumi yellped as I swung her up into my arms.
"Okay, now which way to Mr.Ushida's?" I asked.
"Just go up the hill half way & then the second home with the purple flowers in the front-- that's it." She said.
I carried her up there to her job. Mr.Ushida welcomed us both in with open arms. He offered us both some vegitable stew, but I insisted that I left. I had to explore this place.
So without anymore words than 'I'll be back for you soon!' I was off into the forest that was supposedly filled with demons.
Chapter 9, My Prince of Darkness:
I walked into the forest not afraid of what I might find. It was a dark & eerie place indeed. It made a chill run down my spine, but not because I feared it. There were crroked trees everywhere with long streaks of moss hanging from the branches. The bark on the trees pealed off easily. I could tell because I just put my hand on a tree & the bark just fell off.
The forest was misty like. Not being able to see whjat lies ahead of you. How could this place be right outside of a sweet little village? How strange...
I walked on & on until I saw a shodow up ahead. I stopped in my tracks & stood there without making a sound. It moved closer & closer. And each time it drew itself closer it became greater in size. I backed away slowly & silently, ready to make a run for it. But then it occured to me-- I don't have to run. I'm no human, but a strong, beautiful, free demon, born of Naraku. Oh how that thing up ahead scared me, but boy I didn't mave one inch after my thought.
Standing my ground, I readied myself. I put my hands up ready to pull out my feather at any time if necsisary, and I had my fan out too. Finally the creature moved towards me.
It was no creature, but a beautiful young man. This man was just a neck length talller than I. But oh, was he handsome. He had hazel eyes glazed with a hint of copper. His hair was long and brown, almost like chocolate. He was wearing a traditional kimono; almost like the one Miroku wears, but of the color blue. He was beautiful in every way. Even if I wanted to, I could find no flaw to him.
Then I noticed he carried a sword on his back. It looked awfully heavy. How could he carry something so heavy? I eyed him & his sword up & down, as if to trace every detail into my brain. That's when he spoke.
"Are you in need of help, miss?" he asked shinning his copper glazed eyes upon my red ones.
"Uh..." I stood silence.
"Oh, I'm sorry. How rude of me not to introduce myself. I'm Hoshi. Nice toi meet you." he said.
"Oh..., well I'm Kagura." I studdered.
"Well hiya, Kagura! Do you need any help? 'Cause it looks as if you're lost." Hoshi said, grabbing my hand.
"Oh, why no. I don't need any help. I'm just looking around." I said.
"Well are you new here?" He asked.
"Yeah..."
"Why don't you let me show you around?" He asked holding me in his embrace, "I'm sure you'll love it around here."
I felt awkward. Why did he sweep me into his embrace so soon as if we knew eachother & were lovers?
But none the less I followed him relentlessly. He showed me everything there was to see. He showed me the small rodent demons that lived in the trees to the demon birds that flew ahead so high up. But as he showed me around, I started to feel a little more comfortable with him. It was like the feeling I got with Sesshoumaru, but only I don't feel afraid. It was weird what I felt.
"So what do you think, Kagura?" He asked.
"It's wonderful. And before I thought it was eerie." I giggled like a little school girl.
"But you haven't seen the best part yet!"
"But what could be left? There couldn't possibly be anything more splendid than what you showed me today!"
"Oh, but there is something. Something you wouldn't believe if you didn't see."
"Alright. Show me then!"
He picked me up into his arms & carried me away down the foggy path lined with crooked trees.
It was weird what I felt, but I liked it. It made me feel alive. It made me feel something that I never felt before. It's like sonething inside woke up! It was like the forth of July went off in me! Boom, boom! My heart raced as he held me close to his chest. I started to feel his chest. Oh, hos strong it was, indeed. Why would someone like him be out here? I paid no attention to that for long though.
I stroked his chest as he carried me along. It's as if my fingers touching him meant nothing, for he never looked down.
Soon we were there. It was a small ring of homes in a big ditch. It was almost as if they tried to hide the homes. He carried me down the ditch & into one of the homes.
"Here it is!" He cried.
"Wow! I had no clue this was it!" I said still being held in his arms.
he set me down on the soft bed to the right.
"Kagura...," He started,"...I love you."
My heart raced more & more, not knowing what to say. But I realized the reson why I was touching him so intentively the whole time- I was in love with him, too!
"Oh, Hoshi, I love you to!" I cried.
He flung himself atop of me. We both lay on the bed. Him on top & me underneath his strong, warm body.He started to undress me, as I did him. He started to lick me everywhere up & down. It was so enjoyable. I never experienced something like this before. I undressed him & togther we lay on the bed naked as he licked my body.
Was this true love? For what do I know of love? For what does any demon know of love?
Chapter: 10, The Sins of Me:
Our bodies conected together. Sewating atop one another. Both panting, breathless. He was so beautiful like this. I just wanted to bite into him & savour his blood for myself. He licked my breast & then lay his head down & nusidled into the soft embrace of my arms. I felt so warm. I felt as though I was wanted.
His fingers continued up my body and soon were playing in my hair. He pulled out my neat organized hiar, so it would fan out onto the bed. He lifted my soft hair & spread it across his face. He started to sniff it.
"Oh, Kagura, your hair smells of fresh flowers." He said panting away.
"Hoshi, should we be doing this?" I asked terrified & yet secure.
"Of course. It's only natural."
"But I know nothing of you. How can i trust you?"
"Oh, Kagura, you just have to spoil the fun, don't you?" He said giving me a bitter smile.
"But...I just wanted to know what you are."
"I'm a demon, just like you are. Why?"
"But you look nothing like a demon. What kind are you?" I asked curiously as he kept stroking my chest.
"I'm your average type of demon. What else? I am nothing more than a wandering demon that controls fate."
"What do you mean?"
"I mean that I can write my own little story with my own little characters, and what I say will happen. It's my way. Ot's my world. Before you were born I planned for this night to happen. You would fall in love with me instantly & then you'd make love to me many a time. And soon enough you'd bare my child." he said.
"No! That's not true! Who are you!? I mean it!? I'll kill you if you don't tell!" I screamed trying to back away, but he held me down on that bed with his stone hard arms.
"It's all true, Kagura. You will bare my child! You will be my lover. Why can't you accept the fairy tale life I planned for you? Naraku accepted his. So why can't you accept yours? I seemed alright with it at first."
"Naraku...?" I asked in shock.
"Yes. I control everyone. Even Inu Yasha's fate. I am the closet thing there is to God. I am Him! You should feel honored that I chose you to bare my child, Kagura."
"No! That's not true! I'll never make love to you again! It's all a lie, you sick man! I don't love you!"
"You can say that all you want, but I know that for the rest of your life, you'll love me. You always will. And I know for a fact that you'll walk out here in two minutes fully clothed & retrieve that girl that you care so much for. But let me tell you, Tomorrow, you'll feel lonely. You'll crave the feelings I give you. You'll come back to me tomorrow evening. I know you will. And that's when Destiney truely beins. But if you manage to not show up tomorrow, maybe you can control your fate after all, but may I remind you no one has ever defied me before. No one." He grinned.
I pushed myself out from underneath his sweaty body & dressed as quickly as I could, even if it was slopy. I hurried out of the home & ran from the ditch. My hair swayed in the wind behind me for I still had it down. I grabbed my feather from my bosom & rode off into the sky, not looking back.
When I came to the village, it was a bit later than expected of me. I rushed over to Ms. Hirasawa. I asked if Hatsumi was there & believe it or not she was. She was sleeping on the floor where she made a spot for her to rest. I was worried in a way that she was still here. I thought Sora would be back by now.
"Have you seen Sora?" I asked Ms. Hirasawa.
"No, not since this morning. I thought it odd for him not to come to get his sister Hatsumi. So since it was getting late & I could tell she was growing tired, I made her a spot to sleep." She said.
"Oh, thank you so much, Ms. Hirasawa! I don't know what I would have done if it weren't for you."
"Oh. it was nothing. She's actually quiet sweet. Infact she's always sweet. She's filled with so much love... Are you her mother? I'm just wondering, because you two seem so much alike."
"Oh no...I'm not her mother...we're not even related," a smile lit my face," But I am trying to be her & Sora's new mother...But I'm not biological. I'm a demon & they're both sweet humans."
"Oh, Sora's a human, but Hatsumi here is a half demon, didn't you know that?"
"Hitomi? A half demon? For real?" I asked dazed & confused.
"Yes. They say her mother fell in love with a great, handsome demon that ruled the western lands. Though I'm not sure of his name, but I have heard of him to be very inteligent & charming. Yes... her mother's name was Sara. She was very beautiful, but she died at the feet of her lover- the demon."
"Oh, really? What type of demon? Do you know?" I asked interested.
"I hear dog demon. But I'm not sure. I only know that she has ears of a demon, that's why she covers them with her strands of hair. I also noticed she's starting to get a marking on her forehead. It's very vague, but it's a mark alright. And it's no bruise either." she said.
"Oh. Why thank you very much for your information, Ms. Hirasawa, but I think it's time I take Hatsumi home."
"Why of course. You just be safe! I hear there's been a demon out there lurring in the young to only suck their sould. You tow be careful now!" She said waving to us as we walked down the path to our little home.
We were there. I lied her down on the bed, & undressed her into her sleeping garments, as she still lay unconsious in her dreamland. Just out of curiousity, I pulled the strands of her hair that covered her ears. Then i saw for myself. It was true. She was a demon - or at least half of one. Then I looked at her forehead & there I saw the marking of a moon. It wasn't a full moon, but more like a quarter moon.
I lay her & myself down to sleep. But as I slept I was thinking of what I had discovered today. I also thought...what if Hatsumi was the daughter of Sesshoumaru...?
Chapter 11, The Note:
When I woke up the next morning I found Sora laying in bed next to me instead of Hatsumi. I was confused, so I rubbed my eyes to make sure I was seeing things clearly. But even after I rubbed, it was Sora! How could that be!? I went to bed right after bringing Hatsumi home. And the scary thing was that I slept with Hatsumi too! But now she wasn't by my side cuddled up in my arms! No. This time it was Sora! But why!?
I looked down on our bodies. He seemed to be fully clothed & half way on the floor. But I noticed that the clothing that was covering my breasts had been removed! What did he do!? What did I do!? There I was laying half naked with a younger boy atop of me. What would people think!? What would he think!?
Right then as I watched him, he slowly opened his eyes to come to. Then he realized where he was. He jumped up & backed away slowly, not knowing what happened. He looked at his hands, dazed & confused, as if they were covered with blood. He seemed so frightened. A large silence grew, as we both stared at eachother. Our eyes connected. Silence. Dead. All those things were running through my head. But then I suddenly, surprisingly broke the silence.
"Good morning, Sora..." I said in a soft whisper.
He stood there silent, still gazing in my eyes.
"'Morning..." he said in a weak voice.
"What happened?" I asked.
"I--I-- It was an acciedent, okay? I didn't mean anything by it. I just thought that you were someone else..."
"But what happened?" I asked more forcefuly.
"I crept into bed with you. I thought you were someone else... I undressed you from the top down, but I could only make it half way. You started to talk in your sleep. So I stopped. I was going to cloth you back up, but I went for a feel first, and then you smacked me unconsiouscly & then I suppose I passed out..."
"Oh really? I guess that shows you for sneaking into a woman's bed & trying to commit rape!"
"It was an accident!"
"I know... I forgive you..."
He looked stunned.
"You forgive me? But why? Aren't you angry?" he asked.
"I'm upset that I wasn't awake so I could tell you no...but It's alright. I forgive."
"Thank you."
"Hey, where did you send Hatsumi off to?" I asked.
"I thought you sent her off to do something..."
"No!!! It was the middle of the night! What the hell would I make her do then!?" I smacked him across the face, but very lightly, so there was no blood from my nails.
"I didn't know! I wasn't myself last night, so I wouldn't know!"
"We can't just stand here complaining. She's the world to you & me. We have to go find her. Before it's to late!"
We both rushed outside, only to find a note pinned to the entrance of the home. It was from Him. Hoshi had taken my world away. That's why he knew I'd go to him this evening. He knew that I'd only go if lured. He's a wicked monster. Who controls my fate now? Not I. Not Sora. Not Hatsumi. But Hoshi.
The note specifically said that only I would go. He didn't need Sora to be there. He wanted me. But why?...
Chapter: 12, Face Off :
Sora & I rushed to the end of the village & the begining point of the forest. He kissed me off & waved good bye as he told me 'good luck'. It was sweet of him to do that. He also told me not to get distracted. I couldn't possibly imagine how I could. I'm a blood thirsty killer looking for someone that she loves.
I walked on & on, going by the trails I remember Hoshi led me down. After a long walk I made it to the ditch with the homes in a circle. It was quiet. No one was outside of the homes. In fact I wasn't even sure if people or demons even lived in those homes!
I carefully stepped down into the ditch. I fell half way down & rolled on my sides the rest of the time. My clothes were dirty now. It didn't matter though. I could easily just wash the dirt out. I was loosing my focus thinking about how I looked. I realized I was on a mision, to get someone important to me.
I tip toed over to the home I remember making love to Hoshi in. I walked in, ready for battle, when I saw Hatsumi sleeping quietly on the bed. Hoshi was nowhere to be found. For some reason this upset me. I don't know why, but it did. It was easier this way. Just pick Hatsumi up & ride off.
I crept up to the bed & woke Hatsumi up. She rubbed her eyes in disbelief. Then when she was fully awake, she swung her arms about me & kissed my face all over.
"Kagura! You're here! I thought you'd never come!" She cried as she continued to kiss me.
I picked her up into my arms & ran out into the clearing of the ditch. I was just about ready to pull out my feather, when Hoshi came out from one of the homes. I put Hatsumi down on the gfround & I told her to stay behind me. I thought to myself that if all else fails, I can always send Hatsumi off on my feather alone.
I backed up slowly, with my back towards the wall of the ditch. He kept comming closer. He never spoke, just smiled. And that smile was the scariest thing I ever saw. Even scarier than Naraku! I was truly terrified of him. I just wanted to run & scream & get as far away from here as possible. But I knew that wouldn't have been right. I needed to show Hatsumi I was brave & strong & independant. I needed to show her how to face your fears. And so I did.
"Hatsumi, try & run out from this ditch. When you suceed, just keep running, as far as you can until you come to the village. At the clearing, Sora will be waiting there for you. Now go!" I whispered.
She took off like a jet. She scampered up that ditch wall & ran off without a single complaint. But while she was running, Hoshi was ready to attack me.
"Hoshi, you bastard, what the hell were you doind with her!?" I yelled as I walked around him in a circle, making the illusion I was the preditor.
"I was doing nothing. Just using bait, to get my prize. That's all." He said as he followed my every move with that evil grinn of his.
"Nothing? Oh really? How did you get her in the first place!?"
"You really can't figure it out, can you?"
"What...?"
"I was the one who snuck into your home & unclothed you. I was the one that felt your warm breast against my cheek."
"Sora was the one who did that!"
"No. Sora's dead. That was meirly a pupet. Sora's been dead for almost a day now. Couldn't you tell? The odor of him this morning was non of that a human should have. You fool. Everyone is made up here. Only you and I are real."
"That's not true! Sora would never die! He couldn't!"
"Oh, really? Is that what you truly think? Well he is. The reason why he didn't come home last night was because he was slaughtered! I killed him! I'm a super being. I can do anything I desire. Even make love & kill someone at the same time. Sound good?"
"You monster!"
"Ah, ah, ah! I'm not the monster! I'm the king. If anyone's the monster, it would be you. For I am no demon, but a special being given powers not even imaginable to you people. You are the demon here. You are the creature who commits many sins, not I!"
"You lie!" I cried.
"I do not."
Chapter: 13, Sin in the Dark :
"It can't be true! Sora wouldn't die to the hands of you! He would slaughter you! Cut you to pieces until you lay motionless! You bastard!" I cried.
I didn't have any control over my words. The shock of death was just to great. No I was thinking straight, but my heart was speaking for me. And my heart yurned for revenge -- for blood! I would kill this man if it is the last thing I do! It seems like he killed my child! I protected him for only a little while, yes, tis true, but I loved him like my own! He showed me what love was! How could he be dead!? Damn him!
"You scared of me? You shouldn't be. Because I will do no harm to you. I only want you as my bride." he snickered.
"Damn you! I'd rather burn in Hell before I gave you my love & gave birth to your child!" I cried.
"Oh, but it is true. You will hate me, but you will learn to love someone such as I."
"Go to Hell! You didn't kill Sora! I can prove it! I'll find him & when I do he'll race towards me with open arms!!" I screamed as I ran off.
"Suit yourself, but you will return to me!"
I ran off into the distance, trying to get as far away from that mad man as much as possible. I couldn't believe that someone with such determination like Sora could be killed that easily! He needed to pay!
For hours on end I raced through that forest searching for Sora. I looked high & low, but no sign of him. Then right over by the black water fall, I saw a hidden cave behind it.
I raced into the cave, not thinking about being ambushed. When I raced in, I saw a figure. It was lying almost motionless on the cold stone floor. I ran over to it. And then when I looked closely in it's face... it was Sora! He was alive! That damn fool lied! He wasn't dead! My Sora was still alive! Bless the Lord, for giving him life!
"Sora!!! Are you okay?" I cried with tears of joy streaming down my face & onto his.
"I'm alright. But a demon attacked me. It was goin to kill me, Kagura. I really thought I was going to die, right there & then. But then I saw a stream of light come down upon me & I was given strength. And I fought & killed the demon. But.... I'm not in such goo shape. I think my leg is broken. And I'm bleeding to badly. I'm going to die soon....I think." he said as he tried to lift his head to kiss me on the lips.
"You'll be okay! You're not going to die on me! You're not going to! You're going to live! You're going to see Hatsumi's bright & honest face again! You are! You will! I know it! Please, let me help you! You will live!"
"Kagura, how did you know where to find me? Did you hear my cry?"
"No. I just followed my heart. I knew you were in danger."
"I was attacked yesterday afternoon. I crawled my way into this cave so i could spend the night, but when i noticed, I broke my leg & I lost to much blood, so I couldn't leave. I thought I was going to die here. Have death come to me right here as I lay on this cold, stone floor."
"That's not going to happen. You're going to live though! I promise you will!"
"Kagura...," he started half awake," can I kiss you?"
"...What?"
"Can I kiss you? I never knew what it was like to love a demon, but now I do. Kagura,... I love you."
My heart sped up. There was a lump in my throat. I began to shake. What was he saying? He Loved me??? Me?? How could he?
"Kagura. Lean down. Just let me touch your lips with mine. Just let me have one kiss. One moment of love. One moment in your embrace. Then I can die happy & without regrets."
"Oh, Sora! How could you say that you could die like that!? I'm not going to let you die!"
"Kiss me! Please? Just do it, please?"
I looked at him with a questioning look on my face. But slowly, I leaned down to his level & kissed his lips. Our toungues met & twisted around eachother. His lips were so warm, yet so cold. But soon our kiss was stopped by his speaking.
"Kagura, can you hold me? I feel cold."
I lay myself down beside him. I rapped my arms around his fragile body. He was right. He was cold. I could feel the life being taken from him slowly. He was have awake when he spoke again.
"Kagura? Are you there? Kagura?" he started to whimper.
"I'm here. Don't you worry, I'm here, Baby." I whispered in his ear with hush sounds.
"Kagura. I don't want to die. I'm afraid. I don't want to leave you."
"You won't leave me. Don't worrt. Now hush & don't waste energy."
He closed his eyes for a moment. But then again I couldn't keep him shut up. He spoke again after a moment of silence.
"Kagura? Will you have my child?" he asked.
Omigosh! He was asking me to have his child! He wanted to make love to me! But why!? I thought I was like a mother figure to him...
"Is that what you want?" I asked in a low whisper.
"Yes. I want to live on with you, even when I die."
"If that is what you wish, then I will try my best to give you a son."
I took my clothes off along with his. I knew this was wrong, but this was his last wish. How could I refuse? I pushed up against, trying to be delicate. Our bodies were on top one another. He was so cold, and I so warm. I wanted to give him my warmth as I lay atop him. But he wasted no time to get to love making.
"Is this your first time?" I asked in the middle of making love.
"Yes. Why do you ask?"
"You're pretty gentle. It's nice."
"Thanks." he said looking up at me with a smile.

After we made love we seperated & lay on the floor together & holding hands, as we lie naked. It felt strange, so I clothed him back up first and then myself. I was ready to leave this place. And I was taking Sora with me.
Chapter: 14, The Rescue:
I summoned my feather for us to fly away on. I lay it out close to where Sora was. He could barely move, so I would have to carry him onto the feather. And that I did.
Off we flew into the sky, high above the forest. Sora was asleep so he couldn't see anything. I was so happy I found him. It put a smile on my face. I never used to smile. Only when I was the winner of a battle, did I smile. But that was rarely. Now I'm a better person. I'm not evil. I'm good.
We safely landed at the home where I found Hatsumi sleeping inside. I carried Sora in on the bed & set him down gently so he could dream on. Such beauty he gave off in his sleep.
Hatsumi was safe. Though when I came in with Sora, she quickly woke up & offered help. She was so brave for going through something like that & still being able to be happy.
I was happy for her, for Sora, for myself, for everyone. I was especially happy that I now carried a baby half demon - the son of Sora - within me. I would be a mother within 9 months. What a shocker!
After a two hour nap at home, Sora woke up to people hovering about him, giving medical treatment. So far they stopped the bleeding & were rapping his leg in a bandage/cast like thing.
His eyes roamed around in search for me. but I was outside and picking carrots for dinner tonight to. Hatsumi & I both were getting the things we needed for dinner. But when we came in & saw Soar wide awake, we both rushed over to his side.
"Sora!" we both cried.
"Hello!" he cried back.
"Sora, you silly billy!" Hatsumi giggled.
"'Silly billy'!? I'm no silly billy! It's you who is the silly one!" he laughed as he stole a kiss from Hatsumi's lips.
"You had us worried there!" I giggled along.
"I'm sorry. But I'll be better, as you can see. Thank you, Kagura. Thank you for saving me & giving me another reason to live. So I can love you & so I can raise as son." he smiled.
"What do you mean by 'raise a son'?" Hatsumi asked confused.
"Kagura & I are in love." he said.
"And we decided to have a baby together." I said as I picked Hatsumi up in my arms.
"That means you get a little brother. Just for you. But you're gonna have to wait a while for him to come though. Nine months & soon enough, you'll have a little boy in your arms." he laughed.
"I'm going to be a sister!?" she cried.
"Yup. And it's even going to be a half demon just like you! Of course not a dog demon, but a wind demon like Kagura."
"Really!? Yay! I always wanted someone else like me!" she cried as she started to kick with excitement.
When she kicked she kicked my stomach with a painful blow that sent me to the ground. Hatsumi fell out of my arms & landed safely on the pile of covers on the ground.
"Kagura!" Sora cried as he crawled out of bed, sending the people trying to help him away.
"I'm alright. It was only a little kick. I'm just not feeling well is all." I said as I lifted myself up.
"Are you sure?"
"I'm sure. Besides you're the one that needs the rest."
He picked himself up & went back into the bed and fell asleep.

That evening I was outside in front of the house watching the sunset, when Sora came up to stand beside me. He was abble to walk now after he let the cuts heal a bit (he kept picking at the cuts not letting it scab). He leaned his head on my shoulder and sighed.
"Kagura? I think we should move." he said.
"Move? But to where? Where do we have to go? You do know that I'm a wanted woman & can't show myself to much?"
"Let's move out into the city. Okay maybe not a city, but some place grand. Some place large & with alot of people where you & I can live peacefully & profitably. And I also want Hatsumi to have friends and of teh proper age."
"Sora, you sound like a father talking like that. You're only a boy. Dont' get so serious."
"I have to be serious. That's what my father told me. He said 'one day, son, I won't be here. I'll need you to be the man. A man is serious, strong, independant & doesn't cry- no matter what.'"
"Oh. I also have a question about Hatsumi. She is a half demon is she not?"
"Yeah. I said that before."
"Whose her father?"
"It's a great demon. He's a Lord of some lands I hear. I think his name was Sesshoumaru or something like that. I remember Inu Yasha talking about him being his half brother once."
"Sesshoumaru? Whose the mother?"
"Lady Sara. She was once a villager here, but she left when I was merely a baby. Then she ran off with a demon & fell in love. Then she was pregnant with his child- Hatsumi. Sara gave birth to that child which was Hatsumi. She gave her a different name, but a name that I can not remember. She raised her for as long as she could until she was killed by the village master when he found out she was in love with a demon. He attacked her one day as she walked in the forest. She managed to escape, but she was in critical condition. She found her lover & then she died at his feet. Or at least thats what I hear. hatsumi knows nothing of her past, so it's best not talked about with her. She knows that she is a half demon & she can remember sertain scenes with her mother & father."
"Sesshoumaru...and a human!?" I bursted out loud as I thought to myself.
"Yes. Do you know him?"
"Yeah. Matter of fact I do. I never thought of him to be a father though... It's actually quiet shocking."
"Oh. Well I think that in two days I'll be better & then we can move on to the town across the forest."
"Which forest?"
"The demon one. But don't worry. This time we'll fly." he gave me a smile.
"You're so sweet."
"Thank you, but you are sweeter."
"Sora? Tonight, would you mind if I went to do something?" I asked.
"What do you need to do?"
"I need to take care of something, that's all."
"Sure I guess. Whatever you need. And besides I don't have to work tonight because I'm injured."
"Great!"
Later when Sora & Hatsumi were asleep, I snuck out & walked into the forest. I planned on getting Hoshi back. Once and for all.
Chapter: 15, Comming For Hatsumi:
As I walked deeper & deeper into the darkness which was known as a forest I started to feel revenge flowing through my veins. I knew that tonight would be the night that I killed that basterd. I walked on into the darkness. The only light I has was the moon itself.
I then came upon the homes that Hoshi lived in. I called out for him in a loud battle cry.
"Hoshi! Get up! Get out here! Tonight you die! You will fall to my wind dance!"
He crept out of the home, not at all surprised to see me. He came to me face to face & then spoke.
"Kagura, I knew you would come. Tonight you will kill me. Is that not what you say?"
"I will kill you." I glared.
"Then try your hardest to. But I will be the one to leave victorious."
We slowly started to attack one another. He thought I only had my weapons for wind, but oh was he wrong. I had hidden knives stuffed up my sleeves, so at the last & final moment I could slit his throat or stab his heart straight through.
On & on the battle went. It was pitch black & I could barely see what I was doing. It was like I was blind. But I heard him. That's what told me where he was. He was panting more than Inu Yasha would on a hott sticky day. Back & forth his attacks came, only for me to dodge. Then came the time. I struck him with my knives. I stopped in my tracks & flung my knives across the way, aiming straight for him.
The blades collided with flesh. I could hear the blood spill. I could hear moanings of pain. I could hear him whimper. I walked up closer to him so i could see where I got him. Whe I approached, he fell to his knees. I bent down to see how bad he was.
He had one knive in his eye. One in his heart. One in his knee. One in his neck. And several other ones throughout his chest. He looked like he was in pain. I let him speak as he crashed his head down before me.
"Kagura. You bitch. You're the only one that went against me. You cheated. You went against my words! Bitch! You hid knives! You cheat destiny! You--" he started.
Out of his mouth he spat blood. His eyes started to roll back into his head. He didn't look so sexy now after I was done with him. How could I even have liked him!? The when he stopped speaking, his heart stopped. His eyes went back into his head & didn't come back out. His mouth was wide open as if in awe. He was dead.
That was it. I killed him. I finally after so many days killed Hoshi! I jumped up & down in rejoice. As I jumped I heard a movement in the bushes behind me. I stopped & turned my full attention on where I heard the noise. The bush moved some more until I saw something come out from behind it. It wasn't just one figure i saw. More like three. Two of them stood still in the shadows, as the other approached me, stelth like.
It was Sesshoumaru. He came up to me to see what I was happy about.
"What are you so joyce about?" he asked in taht cold voice of his.
"I'm just rejoicing over my victory." I said.
"Is that so? Tell me where the village is located. The one that you now live at."
"Boy, you sure are in a hurry, aren't you? I know your secret, Sesshoumaru. You thought you could hide her, didn't you? I know all about Sara! And your daughter!" I cried.
His eyes grew wide with shock.
"How do you know about them?" he asked
"I know your daughter. I'm living with her. We call her Hatsumi, but I'm sure she has a different name in your eyes."
"...That is why I would like to know where the village is. I'm comming to bring her with me."
"You can't do that! She has a life with me & Sora now! She's had a life with Sora since you left her!" I cried as I swung my head side ways refusing to let him take her.
"I didn't leave her you fool! Sara didn't want me to have her! She said I would be an awful father if I raised her alone! So she's the one who left her in the forest to wait for someone to find her!"
"I didn't know... So why all of the sudden do you want her?"
"That is my buisness to know."
"Then you won't get her from me."
"I'll slice you down to size before you can even try & stop me."
"I'd like to see you try!" I smirked.
"Rin! Jaken! Here!" he called.
The two figures from the shadows came out. It was just his assistant, Jaken, and the girl who followed him.
"Yes, Lord Sesshoumaru!" Rin hummed as she skipped over to his side.
"I want Ai so Rin can have a companion."
"What did you call her, Sesshoumaru?" I asked.
"If you can't remember what I said then you don't deserve to listen again."
"You called her 'Ai' didn't you?"
It was all comming back to me. I remembered Hatsumi's dream from that night. She had a dream of her mother & a demon and they both called her Ai! That was her name! Her real name was Ai!
Chapter: 16, Angels Only Fade Away :
"I'll take you to her, but you will not take her away from me & Sora!" I cried.
He just stood in silence glaring at me. Could he really have any feelings for Hatsumi? Did he really care for her? But he coudn't love anyone. But he did. He loved Sara didn't he? And she was a human to boot!
I lead him, Rin, and Jakken to the village. When we got there it was almost dawn. The sky was getting lighter and lighter & I could see better too.
I invited him into the house which I now called home. He didn't really seem pleased with it, but who is? He looked around & then when his eyes wandered to the bed he saw Hatsumi. He stared at her for the longest time. Rin stood beside him looking down at her too, while Jaken just watched Sesshoumaru's reactions just as I.
Sesshoumaru slowly walked over to the bed where Sora & Hatsumi lay asleep. He knelt down & watched his precious daughter closely with not cold, but carring eyes. For once it looked like he had love in him. Then without warning, Hatsumi stretched out her arms unconsiously and wrapped them around his neck. The her hands started to feel his hair. And slowly she woke up to his beautiful face.
She stared at him with surprised eyes as Sora still lay sleeping. She moved her hands through his hair as she stare at his beautiful eyes.
"Good morning, Mister." She said politely.
"Good morning, Ai." he smiled.
Omigosh! he smiled! How could that be!? Did he ever smile around Rin!?
"...Daddy?" she asked questioningly.
"Princess, I love you." he kissed her cheek.
"Daddy! It's you! I thought I'd never see you again! Mommy left me alone! She never said bye! She left me alone. I couldn't say bye to you...!" she cried.
"I'm here now. And I'm here with a sister for you as well. I'm here to take you with me. So we can be happy again."
"What sister?"
"Rin, come here." he said looking at Rin.
Rin slowly walked up to the bed where her new sister lay.
"Hello!" She said happily.
"Hiya!" Hatsumi squieled.
"You two are sisters. You two will be together from now on. I love you both very much." he said as he hugged both Rin & Hatsumi.
When he was hugging them both, Hatsumi started to look around & then she spotted me.
"Good morning, Mommy Kagura!" Hatsumi giggled.
"Good morning, my lovely Hatsumi." I replied.
"Not Hatsumi no more! I'm Ai!"
"I know."
"And now I have a family again!"
"But you never didn't have a family. Sora was there for you & so was I."
"But Daddy's here now so I have a real one!"
It seems with him being here she forgot everything that happened. She forgot all about how much we loved her. Sora soon woke up to see Hatsumi hugging another man besides him. He aoutomatically jumped up & came to my side.
"What the hell's going on!?" he asked confused.
"That's Sesshoumaru. He's come for Hatsumi. He's her real father." I responded.
"He can't take Hatsumi though! She's my daughter! my sister! Mine!" he yelled.
"Sora stop it! You'll scare Daddy!" she cried.
"Good! Get out of here! You can't take her with you! She belongs to me & Kagura!"
"She's my daughter & I will take her if I want." He said coldly as he walked away with Hatsumi, Rin, & Jakken tagging behind.
He walked off into the distance, carrying the two little girls while being followed by Jakken. The were headed for the forest. Before I could even say 'Stop!' they had left the village & towards the forest. They were gone for good. No more laughter. No more kisses. No more Hatsumi.
Chapter: 17, Last Dance in the Moonlight:
"Kagura, that's our little girl. We can't let him take her away from us! He might be biologicaly her father, but raising wise, I'm her father!" Sora yelled at the top of his lungs.
"I know. But how can we get her back? She's happy with him. What more could she want? She has a sister & her real father now." I soothed.
"I know,...but she's my princess... I can't let him take her away from my world!" he cried.
"I know..."
That night when I went to sleep, Sora snuck out. He followed he path which Sesshoumaru took to leave the village. Again, Sora wakled into the deep dark forest, which would someday consume him.
On and on he walked endlessly. Soon he came to a large tree with people sleeping underneath. Aoutomatically, he asumed it was Sesshoumaru & Hatsumi. He walked up to the people & tried to kick the largest person, which he thought was Sesshoumaru. But when he swung his foot half way reaching the target, a hand grabed his ankle & flung him across the way. Then the person stood up & walked over to Sora who lay flat on his back after being humiliated in such a way.
"Why do you follow me, boy?" Sesshoumaru asked.
"I want my daughter back! I want my Hatsumi!" he cried.
"Ai is my blood daughter, and you will not take any piece of Sara I have left away from me! If you dare try again, I can assure you you will end up dead!" Sesshoumaru hissed.
"Then let me die!"
"As you wish, you fool!"
Sesshoumaru plunged his talons into Sora's chest. Sora quickly reacted to the pain & let out a loud screech. But that didn't stop him from grabbing out his sword from behind him & block Sesshoumaru's next strike.
"You're just like Inu Yasha! No moves whatsoever! You use your sword like a neianderthal! You can't possibly win against me! Prepare to die human!" Sesshoumaru yelled cold-like.
"At least I'll die with honor than with none!" he cried at the last moment.
Sesshoumaru plunged his talons into Sora's heart & ripped it out. Sora paused in shock. He stopped breathing immediately. His eyes widened. His mouth fell agape. Then he fell over flat on his face. He lay motionless at Sesshoumaru's feet. Sora was dead. And this time it was real.
"Serves you right. Thus again another one my dear Ai loves falls victim to death before me. Such a pitty." Sesshoumaru mumbled coldly as he walked back over to the tree to sleep.
Chapter: 18, The Puppy's Tempertantrume:
When Sesshoumaru awoke he found Hatsumi & Rin playing over across the way from him in the clearing. They were both laughing like sweet little children, not knowing what misfortune happened last night while they escaped into slumber.
Sesshoumaru walked over to the two girls frolicking about & sat down closer to them. Once they saw him sit back down closer to them, they both skippped over to his side.
"Lord Sesshoumaru! Good morning!" Rin cried as she stood, towering above Sesshoumaru as he slumped further to the grown as if disapointed with something.
"Good morning, Daddy!" Hatsumi cried as she pounced onto his stomach.
Sesshoumaru made an annoyed face, with a tiny bit of pain when she pounced. Then he hugged the two girls & said good morning as well. Rin & Hatsumi tickled Sesshoumaru, sending him falling to the ground in laughter.
How strange it was to see him act like this. So peaceful. So fatherly. So loving. Why hadn't I ever seen that side of him before? Maybe if I did see it earlier, I wouldn't be who I am now. But I'm for another time...
While they laughed & played, rooling around on the ground, Jaken woke up from his long sleep. His eyes widened, as if surprised at the site of Sesshoumaru playing like a puppy! He quickly lifted himself from the ground & dusted himself off of the dirt. He ran over to Sesshoumaru, only to not be noticed. Jaken stomped his feet & started to scream: 'Lord Sesshoumaru!!!!'.
Finally, after several tries, Jaken got his attention.
"What is it now, Jaken!?" Sesshoumaru asked in a loud rage.
Jaken was shaken by his reaction & started to think maybe he shouldn't have done that.
"Well, my Lord Sesshoumaru, I was just wonderin' if that little playful puppy a minute ago was you...?" he asked shivering as he spoke.
Sesshoumaru didn't answer the question. He only lay there on the ground staring at Jaken as if the poor toad had a monster on his head. You could tell Sesshoumaru was angry now.
Rin & Hatsumi backed away from Sesshoumaru, very slow like, as he started to rise from the ground. Once Sesshoumaru was fully standing, he towered over all - especially Jaken.
"Why do you ask such nonsense!?" Sesshoumaru raged.
"I don't know... Forgive me, Lord Sesshoumaru!!!" jaken cried as he started to plea for forgiveness on his knees.
Of course Sesshoumaru just stared at him. And then of course he took a puch at Jaken's toad shapped head. It was a hard swing to. Sure to leave some kind of mark.
Sesshoumaru walked away from Jaken and headed over to the girls who whispered over in the corner.
Chapter: 19, My Last Love's Embrace:
That morning when I woke up I didn't find Sora in bed where he was supposed to be. I searched high & low in the village & near the forest, but I found no trace of him. My heart paniced. I wondered 'wear could my prescious Sora be!?'.
I strode back & forth wondering where he could be, until it hit me. He went out searching for Hatsumi! How could he do that!?
I raced up the rode & towards the forest. I ran, and ran, and ran until I made it to a place that had a sort of rotting smell. The place was a clearing are with a large tree in the middle. Under the large tree there were arkings in the grass, as if someone or something slept there. And it didn't sleep there to long ago. Maybe even last night.
Then i felt a presence behind me. I quickly turned around without a thought & looked staraight ahead & saw nothing. Then I took a step forward. When I moved my foot, there was a sort of cracking sound. I stepped on something! I lifted my foot & backed away. Then I looked down straight ahead.
I couldn't believe what I saw. I must've stood there in shock for almost two minutes before it struck me that Sora's body was infront of me & he was dead! Dead! How could this be!? I fell to my knees in tears & crawled over to his side. I made his arms wrap around me, to give me one last hug. Tears filled my eyes & streamed down like a great waterfall. Blood from his body rubbed onto my clothes.
I felt Sora's chest. he had a hole near his heart. I reached my hand in to see why it was there. And then I found that Sora's heart had been stolen. He had died because his heart was ripped out! What kind of monster did this!? No matter what it took, I'd find his killer & slay him myself!
And with one last kiss on his lips, I left him alone under the tree where I had found him and walked off. I was never again going to live in that village again. Never again would I fall in love with a human. Humans died to easily. They were to easy to love. I couldn't love one again after this. I couldn't let love in again, I didn't think. I just wanted revenge.
Walking on in a rage, my eyes were brighter red than ever before. I had one thing on my mind- revenge. And I already had a lead on who it was. It was Sesshoumaru.
Chapter: 20, Change of Character:
This story no longer belongs to just me. This journey is now being told by both I, & Sesshoumaru.

As we wakled on into the forest without a destination, I started to think about Kagura & how her reaction might look when she found her sweet human dead. He had it comming. No one threatens to take my daughter away.
On & on for hours on ends we walked- or rather should I say Jaken & I. Rin & Ai were on Un & Oun's back perfectly content. They napped most of the walk, but every once & awhile, they'd awaken to see trees larger than mountains & strange creatures crawling on the dirt ground.
Soon I got somewhat tired & ordered to stop & 'let Ai & Rin rest'. I could never say that I was tired. Always think of others & blame them. Nevger taret yourself for weakness.
As we rested I started to search around for a place to nap, while Rin & Ai searched for food. When I came upon a tree with Spanish moss hanging from the thick branches, I stopped & sniffed it, for I found a strange bag with the words that said: "Instant Ramen!". Of course, to none of my surprise, it was my half-wit little brother, Inu Yasha. How foolish he can be to be so stupid & leave trails behind. he should have learned by now to clean up after himself. I cant believe Father had a son this idiotic!
As I thought to myself, Jaken snuck up behind me and tugged on my left sleeve. I looked down, unwilling to be stuborn like Inu Yasha.
"My Lord! I spotted tracks of the fire cat that follows Inu Yasha around! Un & Oun caught it's scent!" Jaken yellped.
I just stared, not really carring, for he gave the news to late. Maybe if it were a minute or two earlier, I would've showed some intrest, but not now after I already knew that my baby brother was already here.
Jaken quivered, as if he sensed I was unpleased.
"Lord Sesshoumaru, are you not pleased?" he asked.
"Jaken," I started looking down ton the ground in front of my feet with the cup or 'ramen' right beside it," do you see something by my feet?"
He looked confused. But then he listened to what I said lowered his head to the ground to see what was there.
"My Lord! It's one of those peculiar treasures, that witch, Kagome, carries!" he cried jumping from one leg to the other.
"Yes. Very good. Now, tell me why I'm not pleased to hear your news."
"Um...Because you already knew because you found out yourself?"
"Bingo. Now get out of my sight."
"Of course, my Lord Sesshoumaru!" he cried as he scampered off.
Now I knew what I wanted to do. I wanted to drop by & give that neianderthal that I call my half-brother a visit. He'll be surprised when he sees my beautiful daughter, and how well she's grown over the years. Though I'm sure he has no clue that she exists. After all, why would he? He was pinned to that tree the whole time she was alive practically. And he was also pinned while I had to fight that war. How useless he is... Leaving me to do everything. Such a fool.
