My Depression Part 2, Chapter 31 Inu Yasha... I'll miss u ppl from Saikano!!! ToT

Chapter: 31, Twins (directed by Kaida):
Daddy had sent Onii-chan and I to go look for some food. Onii-chan led the way in front of me, while I was close behind following. Onii-chan kept tripping over twigs, rocks, leaves, and even his own feet! He was so uncordinated. But that's just something that made him so cute, was that he had basically no grace whatsoever.
Once we got further away from the others, Onii-chan started to speak.
"Hey, Kaida, who is that Kagome any way?" he asked.
"Don't ask me. I don't know. Father already had her whenhe came for me." I answered.
"Really? I wonder if he plans on leaving Mother?"
"I sure hope not! If she does I'll kill her! Mother & Father haven't been together in ages! As soon as we get rid of Naraku, all of our problems will be solved, and we'll be a family like we should've been a long time ago!" I pouted.
"Kaida, you can't just kill the poor girl if she falls in love with Father."
"What do you know!?"
"Aparently how to hold my toungue. Something you should learn."
"I'm sorry, Onii-chan, but I just can't help it. Kagome is so awkward to be around. It's like she hates us or something."
"You probably feel that cause you hate her, so she's probably only trying to shield herself from you."
"But that's the thing! I don't hate her! I get the feeling that she hates me though!"
"You women are so weird! You and your emotions!"
"Shut up, Onii-chan! What do you know about how I feel?!"
"I don't know how you feel, but I do know that it's to complex for my extent of a brain!"
He then trippped over a log that was in front of his path. He fell down face first into a puddle of mud. Of course, being that it so funny, I bursted out into laughter.
"Hahahaha!! Onii-chan's a mud pie!" I cried laughing.
He lifted his face from the mud & looked up at me. He was blushing underneath the mud mask.
"ERRRGGG!!!! SHUT UP!!!!" he raged.
"Onii-chan, I didn't know you got facials!" I laughed on.
"I don't!! Now, Kaida, stop maing fun of me! Now!" he pouted.
"Alright, but you have to admit that was funny."
"No, I don't have to admit anything, 'cause it wasn't funny!"
"Oh, Onii-chan, now you're just being a sour puss! Stop it! Cheer up!"
"How can I, when I know very well that Father intends on going with Kagome?!"
I was somewhat surprised at his words, for he most of the time kept to himself, never revealing his true feelings to anyone.
"Onii-chan, Daddy's not gonna go with Kagome! He's not going to! I can promise you that!" I cried.
"Tell me, Kaida, how can you promise anything? Father's like a stranger to us now. he never sees us, and he never pays attention to our needs or anything! It was always Mother that cared..., never Father." Inu Kaido cried.
"Inu Kaido, don't say that! Daddy took good care of us when we were little pups! He fed us, and trained us, and he also loved us! The key thing is love! He loves us, Inu Kaido! How can you say that he's a stranger?" I cried.
Inu Kaido opened up his arms, signaling for me to run into them. That I did. I raced into his embrace and cried. I rubbed my face on his chest, and clutched his shirt into my fists, and pounded them on his heart. he held me closer to him than he ever had before. I felt like one with him. I was happy, but yet the tears still flowed down from my face like a fountain.
"Shhh..." Inu Kaido whispered.
"Onii-chan, we'll never become strangers to eachother will we?" I murmured.
"Of course not, Kaida."
"Then we'll be together forever?"
"Yeah. Together forever."
"Really? Forever? That's an awfully long time..."
"Yeah, but if it's with someone that you love, time flies by so fast, the next day your one hundred and ten years old!" he giggled.
"Onii-chan, you're so funny." I giggled, whiping the tears from my eyes.
"All better now?" he asked.
"Yeah, all better. Just promise me this," I started," promise me that we'll alwayd be together. And if one of us dies, the other follows. Promise?"
"Promise."
We hugged. And then we walked along looking for the food that Father told us to collect. We couldn't find much, but we did find some mushrooms, and we killed a rabbit. We headed on back towards Father & the others when we started to her crying comming our way.
Inu Kaido shoved me into the brush incase it was anything dangerous. The crying came closer and closer until we saw a figure in the darkness running our way. It looked like a young girl. Onii-chan tried to speak to it.
"Stop! Stop crying! What's wrong?" he asked, waiting for the figure to come closer to him.
The figure kept running and running, until it ran under a ray of sun light beaming down from the canopee. It was Kagome! She was crying hard and running away from where Daddy and the others should be.
"Kagome, what's wrong?" I cried, jumping out from the brush.
Kagome stopped when she saw it was me & my brother. She started to speak.
"Nothing's wrong. Your father and I are just fighting. That's all." she said, whiping the tears from her face, as they kept streaming down.
A smile lit up on my face. Onii-chan noticed & looked at me with a harsh look, telling me to whipe that smile off my face. And I did.
"I'm sorry. It'll be better. You should head back to Father." I suggested.
"Alright. I just needed some time alone." she said.
"We'll escort you back if you'd like." Onii-shan said.
"No. I'll be all right. But thank you very much."
Kagome turned around & headed back for the camp, leaving us behind in the forest to watch her go.
When she was fully out of sight, Inu Kaido spoke.
"What was that all about?"
"I don't know, but whatever happened, I think I'll like it." I snickered.
"Kaida, that's a cruel thought!" he scowled.
"I know. But what's said is said and I can't take it back."
"Yeah, I know."
"Let's head back, shall we, Onii-chan?" I asked.
"Sure!"
We walked back to Daddy and the others with food.
