this little pokemon was once thought to be pikachu's evolution (known as pikablu)! he uses his oil filled tail as a flotation device while he scavenges the sea floor! he is common in all games eccept FireRed and Colosseum! he may be small, but when he gets strong enought to learn hydro pump, and evolve, you'd better get out of his way! X3
