   Wowser!
I'm a newcomer to this site and I must say that I'm in love with everything about it but especially the people! All you guys are SO nice!! I was a little hesitant at 1st to start posting my drawings but I'm so glad I did! You've all been so friendly!
I've been reading through the comments with my drawings and I think I at least owe you guys some answers to your questions:
I've been asked A LOT how I make my drawings look like they do by using colored pencil. Well, here's the answer...lots and lots of layers!
In Inuyasha's eyes alone, are the following colors: Sunburst Yellow, Yellow Orange, Spanish Orange and Light Umber.
And the following colors are in Shippou's shirt: Light Cerulean Blue, Utramarine Blue, Violet Blue, Non-Photo Blue, and Indigo Blue.
The faces have at least have 3-4 colors and Inuyasha's shirt has about 4 shades of reds and browns!
By using a wide variety of colors they begin to blend together not only creating rich, bold colors, but it makes them look ultra-smooth as well!
Here's the answer to the next most asked question: The drawing of Inuyasha hugging Shippo took me about 5 hours and the one of Inuyasha fighting Sesshoumaru took about 6-7 hours.
