*snicker* Boy, I’m gone for a few days and I get like, 10 PM’s wondering if I’m dead. No, I’m not. Maybe if I’m gone for a month with no word from me then maybe it’s time to worry but a few days? Naw. I do appreciate your concerns though^_^

I was gone for the past few days because I was back in New York City looking at apartments with a friend of mine because this past year we’ve been planning on getting an apartment together. We both just graduated from the same college in NYC in May and I’ve been ready to start a life for myself. But when we get down there, she starts FREAKING out and then at the end of our 2nd day of hunting, she decided she can’t handle it and isn’t ready to go out into the “real world.” This is obviously VERY stressing for me seeing as how I was planning on moving back to the city and begin a life for myself. Now, I’m back in small town upstate NY and have to start ALL my plans from scratch. *grumbles* And then we got lost driving home from the city and driving in the city isn’t all that bad as long as you pay attention but we missed an exit and ended up in the middle of New Jersey somewhere for an 1 and a ½. Not to be mean to any of you NJ people out there, but your drivers are total a-holes.

On a brighter side, thanks for all your compliments about my new Inuyasha/Kagome drawing! I appreciate it and I’m glad that you guys kept mentioning the background. Yeah, acrylic paints are hard because they dry so fast and once they dry, it turns to plastic which makes it hard to blend so I water them down a lot. And I’m happy that it seems I made a lot of new friends through this drawing! Welcome new friends!! Have a cookie. And I suppose my old chums may have a cookie as well^_~ Oh and I beat Jak2! Since I’m going to be home awhile longer I guess I can start Jak3. Whee.

Quote of the Day is another Legolas smartass-ism but this one comes from the book and like me, he doesn’t like smoking:

“Time wears on, and the mists are blowing away…or would if you strange folk did not wreath yourselves in smoke.”
