So, I work up Sunday morning and looked at my clock and was like, “what? It’s 11:30am?!” I rarely sleep past 10:30 anymore so I was surprised but I still went on throughout my day, visiting you guys and what-not and then it hit me…”wait, it’s daylight savings time, isn’t it?” *smacks forehead* I had forgotten until late afternoon. I didn’t realize my new alarm clock resets itself! Damn you tricksy Timex.

I finished up the line-art of the drawing I’m doing of my original character, Leetha and Estel. Now I get to color it. Whee! That be my fave part^_^ I hope to have it done by Tuesday-ish.
So, I talked to my parents today and they really want me to come home. As in, move back home. They hate me being in NYC…especially once they learned how 2 old ladies were stabbed to death less then 2 blocks from where I live. Heh. But I think I will move back home once my lease is up in July and save up some money before I get my own apartment again. I told my soul mate that I wasn’t planning on staying here in the city and she told me she’s coming home with me. And she was serious! She said there’s no way she can part from me now that she’s found me. Wow…it sounds like we’re in love with each other, neh? But we’re not!! My door doesn’t swing that way^_~
And I find it funny how many of you after reading my last post said they wish they could work where I worked. Indeed, it seems something interesting always happens at my job but I think that’s because I tend to look at every aspect of my life in such a way that it makes it seem exciting. I quote Ferris Beuller: “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it.” Amen Ferris.

And now, Deep Thoughts by Jack Handey:
“If you’re a cowboy, and you’re dragging a guy behind your horse, I bet it would really make you mad if you looked back and the guy was reading a magazine.”

O_O…helloooooo Kenshin! This is by illustrator Yamaguchi Graph who’s quite a famous doujinshi artist:
