Boy, the past couple days at work have been quite interesting to say the least. I think this is a record at the amount of crazy people who I’ve spoken to within a certain time frame. One total stranger came up to me and asked me if he was a failure. I was like…what?! It really felt like a scene in an anime. Like maybe this guy was having a mid-life crisis and approached a random B&N employee to see if he had a point in continuing his life. I told him he wasn’t a failure and he seemed satisfied and left. Weeeeird.
Question of the Day: What was the very first anime you’ve ever seen?
My answer: Inuyasha

Dark angel 103’s comment on my last post reminded me of a random story from college. My friend, Gavin had come to NYC to visit me and he was going to be staying for about a week. The first day there, I was telling him a story about a giant cockroach that had been in my room. This cockroach was literally, about 2 ½ inches long so it was HUGE! I told him how it kept scattering across my room but I could never catch it to kill it since they’re so bloody fast but one night, it got one of its wings stuck on a sticky part on my floor so I grabbed a shoe and squashed it. And then I was telling him about this little mouse that would go in and out of the vents even when I was sitting right next to them. After telling him this story about all my cockroach and mice problems I turn to him and say, “Oh, and by the way, you’re sleeping on the floor tonight.” His face just went to a total O_O expression. Haha! I’m so heartless sometimes.

Quote of the Day comes from The Simpsons:
*Homer and Marge have just completed a course on how to be good parents and they’ve gone to the neighbor’s house to get them back*
Homer: “Kids, we’re good parents now…GET YOU ASSES OUT HERE!!”
