Dang. 72 comments in my last post. That kept me busy!
So, I had noticed that besides people’s comments that most have become ‘Otakuits’ rather then “Otaku Member.” And then I noticed that I went from a ‘Senior Artist’ to an ‘Otaku Senior.’ And now, I see I’m an ‘Otaku Legend.’ Wow…that title seems quite stoic. Sounds like I should be in a fantasy book parading around with a dwarf, hobbit, and unicorn. I wonder what qualifies people from being a ‘Legend’ as opposed to a ‘Senior.’ *ponders*
Question of the Day: What do you never leave your home without?
My Answer: My iPod. That thing is permanently attached to me by the hip.
So, we had quite the thunder and lightning storm today. And wouldn’t you know it, it starts storming right before I’m about to clock out and head home from work. Feh! I picked out an umbrella from the lost and found(I’m going to bring it back! Don’t worry^^) since I didn’t have anything to cover myself and it was pouring so I wasn’t thrilled at the idea of getting wet. So, I was standing at a crosswalk among many other people and I see this giant puddle right beside the curb I was standing on. Now, I’ve seen those commercials and t.v. shows where cars/buses drive over those puddles and splash everyone in sight so I thought it may be a good idea, if I stand back a little ways just in case. And yep, it’s a good thing I did because soon after, a bus goes shooting by and just nailed ALL the people who were waiting by that curb. The girls all shrieked and I burst out laughing since they all got soaked. One guy(who was really cute!) turned to look at me because he was laughing too. I think we both had enjoyed that little show. Well, I could have been nice and warned those people beforehand but...you know, it was a lot more entertaining to me to watch them get wet.^_~
Quote of the Day comes from The Simpsons:
Homer: “Lisa, vampires are make-believe, like elves, gremlins, and eskimos.”
