   Emmah's Random Ramble

Time: 11.50 in the am Mood: Blank Song: Party Hard - Andrew W.K. I just remembered my dream from last night. It involved me, Jane, Laura and Sian going back to the 6th form we all left, and visiting people. I remember our old friend Debbie was there, being drunk and crazy as usual. Anyway, everyone was going down to the market in town for an assembly (why?), and then I saw a flash of pink, and shouted “Laura!” and the other Laura turned around and went “ohmigod! You guys! I haven’t seen you in ages!” (note: there were two Laura’s we were friends with - and still are: Laura Morris - the pink one [she wore pink every day], and Laura Mattey - the one you know as Betteh. On here). But then The Moley One (Mrs McKenzie - she was a teacher at 6th form) told me, Jane, Sian and Laura (the non-pink one) that we weren’t allowed to go into assembly. We said that was fine and that we’d go and do some shopping instead. So we zoomed off to Co-Op (the spawn of all evil - sorry, the company I work for, TESCO, and Co-Op are mortal enemies… Fwahahaha. But most of my friends actually work at Co-Op 0_o) and then Laura was like “it’s quite hot today, shall we get some ice cream?” and then Jane said “what a good idea, old chap” (I am not joking, they actually said that”. Me and Sian were like “Wtf?” but we went to the ice cream section, anyway. I picked up these Twister things… But then put them back because Sian spotted Magnums… And then Laura came past, and she had a whole basketful of ice cream. I think I was going to say something, but I woke up at that point. Erm… Work was OK. We actually had more than two people working! Until 9pm, anyway. Yeah, we had Julie in. She’s awesome, Julie is. I lobe her =) Yeah, and Matt was being heightist towards me. I didn’t get what he meant at first when he said “I was being slightly heightist towards you”. I just did not get him at all. But he wanted me to work crisps and see which ones we could put out on shelves. Of course, I didn’t realise that most of the crisps are up on the shelves which are way out of my reach - even with a stool. He was being mean, lmao. Oh and he really made me laugh later on… He just kept saying stuff that was so funny. Oh, and then there was the whole “I’ve farted so I may as well shit myself” thing. When he said that, I was just like “W.T.F?” and then he explained that it meant “I’ve started so I may as well finish”. He was so proud because we’d worked 9 and a half cages of backstock (the stock that wouldn’t fit on shelves), delivery, and got everything else done, too. Admittedly, we didn’t get out until about quarter past 11... But that’s alright. I had a cheese burger for tea when I got home =) It was one of the Rustlers Quarter Pounders. They’re on offer - buy one get one free. But there was only one left on the shelf! Bloody typical!! At least I didn’t drop it. Oh yeah, me and Mum got excited on Sunday after we’d gone ‘Christmas Shopping’, because Dad wanted to go to Halfords to see if they had something for his car, and me and Mum spotted a new restaurant opposite Halfords. Sophie was disappointed because it’s in the building that Burger King used to own. She doesn’t even like Burger King. Anyway, this restaurant/bar is an Italian and NEW YORK place! Which is why I got so excited XD I may see if Mum and Dad will take us there. I’ll pay XD I need to sort out that Christmas Shopping trip on Friday. I need to get in contact with Laura and Sian. Bebo. I hope my mangas come soon. I ordered volumes 10 and 11 of Fruits Basket. They’re so CHEAP online. Well, no, not cheap exactly, but I’m saving almost £2 per manga because it’s cheaper online. Waterstones sent me an email saying they’ve shipped my order… One of the mangas… What’s the betting it’s number 11? Only problem is, I can’t remember when I ordered them. So I can’t work out when they’ll get here. I’d actually read number 11 if it came first. I’m too impatient. I hope it comes today. My internet just randomly closed. Lucky I’m writing this up on Word, huh =D Awww my kittykat Fudge looks so cute right now. She’s lay near me on a cushion. And she has her paws all curled in. She looks sweet. My other cat Smudge makes me laugh. If she lies down, she’ll kinda pout and then cross her front paws. It makes me laugh. I’ll have to see if I can get a picture of it sometime. One of the cats had a right this morning. Dunno which one, as it was about 5am, and I was not getting up to find out. Mum’s up at that time, anyway because she goes to work for 5.30am. Also, at work, everyone seems to be phoning in sick. It’s ridiculous the amount of people who keep phoning in sick, because then the managers immediately ring me up and go “do you want some overtime?” I mean, yeah, I’d love overtime, but Jesus Christ… And they keep asking me to start early on my late shifts. Like last night, I was supposed to start at 4pm. I got phoned TWICE and said no both times, but I rolled in at just gone 3 anyway *rolls eyes*. Actually, if I work hard enough, try and make less errors as possible, and agree to starting early and some overtime, maybe I’ll get selected for Team Leader. I quite like the idea of becoming a Team Leader and acting as a manager. I hear Tony, the site manager, he’s the main boss and is as mad as a hen, wants Nat to become a Team Leader. But Matt thinks I’d make a good Team Leader. Heh. My back’s just started to hurt. No, actually, my shoulder. Weird. I’d forgotten to tell my Nan about my operation in a few months time. I was like “yeah, I went to hospital on Thursday”, and she goes “you went to Hospital?” and I was like “yeah… Did no one tell you? It was to see the gob-doctor”. So I filled her in (hahaha sorry) on everything. When I mentioned that I was having an operation to take at least 2 teeth out, and maybe 1 or 2 others, he eyes went wide and she went “oh God, so they’ll put you to sleep and take your teeth out!”. Oh, I mentioned about having no wisdom teeth in the top corners of my mouth, and she goes “you get that from me! I’ve never had wisdom teeth in the top of my mouth, either”. The mystery is solved. My shoulder really is hurting. Maybe I’m hungry. I have no idea how I came to that conclusion… Love&stuff ♥ Emmah ♥ Xxxxxxxxxxxx P.S.
