Forever Waiting
My heart bleeds for your love,
each pulse aching more and more.
But eventually time passes,
taking you with it.
One simple mistake,
and you're gone.
It happens every time I start to care,
to love.
Promised it wouldn't happen,
that we'd be together,
Forever.
But promises are easily broken,
so I'll just stay broken,
Waiting...
For the right one to come,
straight into my arms.
