Where's my smile? There it is!
I'm officially feeling better from new years. Thanks for the kind words everyone. I guess I reacted that way because I've never been alone on new years. Panda commented: "I've been told the same thing about the "way you go into the new year is how you will be all year". Which if true means in 2005 you will be playing great games, eatting good food and are healthy and safe. To me that sounds pretty good. Look on the good side." I want to thank her for that. It seems my misery clouded the bright side of things. Now it's all cleared up. Hooray!
So I went shopping to cheer meself up. I treated myself a brand new tea set. It's green. I drink green tea. A green teapot pouring green tea into a green teacup. *thumbs up* How clever. It makes me twice as happy to drink tea. Here's a pic:
My New Tea Set
Pretty isn't it? The set came with two cups but I'm saving that for someone...
*ahem*
Speaking of someones, I was given my pixies email address. I don't think I'll be using it too often because with a lovely girl like her, emails and IM's don't do conversations justice. Yeah, I'm not too sure if that really made sense but I think you get what I'm mean.
It's a bit late posting these but I've thought up some resolutions for the new year. These are actually possible and I'm gonna work like a troll pushing Grond to make sure they last.
Resolution #1 - Improve my skills and strengthen my endurance for playing drums.
(I play faster and harder than I thought I could but I can always improve.)
Resolution #2 - Have a LotR:EE marathon.
(A few of you are doing the same. I'm going to wear my Nazgul costume complete with Ringwraith sword. Heh, I'm a Middle-Earth Freak.)
Resolution #3 - Travel as much as possible.
(Yeah. I wanna enjoy the world while I'm young. Not that I'm not going to travel when I'm older but experiencing the world when you're young is really diffrent from doing so at an older age. I'm starting with Japan. Whoo-hoo!)
Resolution #4 - Smile more often.
(My braces are off so it's only natural to show off what a year and a half of metalwork in the mouth has done. And as an added bonus, I'll look friendlier and more welcoming which could possibly allow me to meet new people. Hooray!)
Resolution #5 - Try to think more positively about negative situations.
(This one is obvious. I have to see the brighter side of things before I whine or get pissed. And if I can't see it, I'm probably not squinting hard enough.)
Resolution #6 - Expand my wardrobe.
(My older cousin kept tellin me that wearing black almost all the time is a phase. The bastard was right. I've discovered colour! And I must say they look good on me. No, I'm not being self-centered. I have proof. A have a friend who has an advance fashion sense and is.. well.. gay. He and his circle of friends have voted me best looking straight guy and best personality straight guy for 2004. I am flattered.)
Resolution #11 - Learn to count.
(Hah. Gotcha!)
Resolution #7 - Remain faithful to MyOtaku people.
(This one is easy. I'll always be around for you guys. I promise.)
Resolution #8 - Make promises I can keep.
(You saw it for yourself everyone. I made a promise and I plan to keep it. Yeah...)
Resolution #9 - Cook more often.
(I do anyway but it's a good year to do so even more because I'm planning on being a chef.)
Resolution #10 - Steep creativi-tea and pour it out.
(If ideas come, make hard copies. I'm going to paint, write, recite, draw, sketch, sing or play whatever interesting idea comes to mind. Get ready for nonsense.)
I think that's it. I'll make it for sure. I know it.
Things are going swell so I'll take my leave. Cheers!

EDIT: I wonder if any of you can see anything peculiar about one of my paragraphs.
