Yessss
Pixie loved the gifts.
The card I gave her is taped to her mirror. (Excellent!)
She thought the origami lilies were really very pretty. (Score!)
She ate most of the chocolates when she got home because they are her favourite. (Double Bonus!)
She used the papaya body butter [which is simply intoxicating] and told me she's planning on using the rest of the stuff this week. (Whoo-Hoo!)
She sleeps with the panda plushie every night and enjoys it's uber-softness. (Super Mega Happy Time!)
Yeah dude. I'm ultra glad she really liked her stuff. Her week school-wise has been a bit strange and hasn't been that great so far so it really makes me happy to see her beautiful smile and to know that I was the one who made it. Gosh, I love her so.
So aside fomr that I almost died today. Well, I almost got hit by a bus. "Why?" you ask. Because one of my stupid friend took my bag from me and ran across the street. There are some pretty important things in there, y'know. Like my drumsticks, drum magazines, my earplugs and my wallet. So without thinking, I ran after her.
Bad bad move.
I was dodging cars as best I could when out of nowhere (at least from my point of view) a bus came at me. Luckily I dodged that big mother as well. It was more of a twirl dodge actually. Like in the movies. I wear a long coat too so it was extra wicked. I wish I caught it on film.
So yeah. I had a good day. I feel the urge to be a jerk towards that girl who got me drumsticks. Just because, y'know? I mean, she bugs me more than enough so she deserves it, right? We'll see....
