The elves actually average 5' to 5'6", have medium-length life spans, are usually more magical than humans, and love animals and plants. The fae average 6' to 7' (Moriahna is 6'), are the longest lived, are usually the most magical, and love animals, bright colors, and illusion spells.*

Yep. Moriahna does like colors, but black, purple, and red are her assigned colors as the Mage who has access to Death magic. (Don't worry, she doesn't use it except in moments of extremem diress, for protection.)
