   It's getting chillier.
Mosiah 3: 19
For the natural man is an enemy to God, and has been from the fall of Adam, and will be, forever and ever, unless he yields to the enticings of the Holy Spirit, and putteth off the natural man and becometh a saint through the atonement of Christ the Lord, and becometh as a child, submissive, meek, humble, patient, full of love, willing to submit to all things which the Lord seeth fit to inflict upon him, even as a child doth submit to his father.

Heavenly Father will not let us go through more than we can bear, but He will help us learn and grow and become more perfect, like Him, through our afflictions--learning patience, tolerance, and love.

Matthew 18: 1-5
At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?
And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,
And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.

"Insomuch as ye do it unto one of these, my brethren, ye have done it unto me."

Equus: After yesterday's mild weather. XP But it's not too bad, really.

Fact of the day: Bunnies use their ears to help regulate body temperature. The ears have blood vessels close to the surface. So the ears can be raised, to let the blood cool, or lowered close to the body in order to help preserve heat.

"An ideal marriage is a true partnership between two imperfect people, each striving to complement the other, to keep the commandments, and to do the will of the Lord. "
~ Elder Russell M. Nelson, Ensign, May 1999, 39
