   GRAND OPENING commission art *edited*
Well... after my friend told me that my price was too high for DA, so I decide to change some part of the rules. And also I accidentaly found a problematic client, that made me to decide to add some rules. so the first rules (http://ernn.deviantart.com/journal/9869719/) is invalid.

I'm really sorry for the long and strict rules etc. and I'm in a need of money so I'm opening this Commission art ^_^

1. have fun
2. be nice

4. no stealing
5. give a friendly conversation

7. don't annoyed me
8. add msn/ym me just for chat, not ordering.

****How to order ****
1. Never ever annoyed me.
2. Check the slots is it full or not.
3. Send me a NOTE or EMAIL if you want me to make a commission art for you, with the subject Order illustration with the form bellow.
4. I wont accept any commission if you asked from commenting my journal.
5. follow the rules please.
6. Order at Sunday, since I'm receiving and sending finished arts just on Sunday.
7. You can only order 1 illustration per person.
8. don't ask me to draw : Hentai, Yaoi, Yuri, Shojo Ai, Shonen ai, mecha. Sorry, I really hate to draw those kinds ^^;; for Mecha, it’s because I can’t draw mecha.
9. For animal, I’ll need to know what kind of animal you want me to draw, because I do admit that I’m not good in drawing animals ^^;; except mokona
10. I won’t draw background in the picture, except you asked for it, but it would need an extra cost.

*****How do I work *****
1. I take the orders, sending sketches, sending final arts at Sunday.
2. except B/w arts, I'll need to ask you to send me half of the price first before I start to sketch. After we got the deal ^_^
3. I can decline any orders if it doesn’t suit my ability or taste.
4. I can decline your orders while in progress if you have annoyed me so much.
5. I’m working on the illustrations depend on who ordered first.
6. After I already accept the order, please do not send me every day a pm or email or any kind of messengers nor anything asking “is my order is done yet?” “Have you started to work on it?” etc.
7. If you kept on sending me note/email or even nagging me at msn/ym, I'll warn you 3 times wether you'll realize it or not.
8. But if you kept on doing the same thing after 3 warnings, don't blame me if I ignored you or even block you.
9. I’ll try to send you the sketch after I have finished it without you waiting until Sunday. After that, I'll be waiting for your email or PM for changes or confirmation.
10. If you asked me to send the redrawing sketch, I’ll need you to pay extra.
11. for Color arts, after you agreed with the sketch, I would wait for the payment of half from the full price + the extra sketch (if there are extra sketch).
12. For black/white arts, if you add an extra sketch, I'll start the coloring after you pay me the extra sketch.
13. If I haven’t received the payment that I mention in number 9 and 10, I won’t start working on it.

****TYPE of arts that I'll take****
Original art with the designed character from me: describe to me as detail as possible about what you want me to draw with my character.

Original art with the character that you want: give me information as detail as possible of the character that you want me to draw.

Fan art: for I’m just able to draw Cloud Strife, Aerith, Tifa (FFAC), mokona. But that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t draw other fanart, so ask in your order okay? If I have the time to test first, we would have the deal ^_^

Chibi : I'll give 1 price, since I draw chibi with a full body, @10US$/character -> colored.

I Black and white (inked):

- 1 character illustration
o close up and ½ body : 10 US$/illustration
o ¾ and full body : 15 US$/ illustration
- adding per character :
o close up and ½ body : 10US$/character
o ¾ and full body : 15 US$/character

II Colour

- 1 character illustration :
o close up and ½ body : 20 US$/illustration
o ¾ and full body : 25 US$/illustration
- adding per character :
o close up and ½ body : 20 US$/illustration
o ¾ and full body : 25 US$/illustration

Extra sketch :
- close up and ½ body: 5US$/sketches
- ¾ and full body: 10US$/sketches

How to pay?
We would discuss it in note or email. I'll give you 2 ways to pay, using WESTERN UNION or PAYPAL.
I do prefer you use Western Union than paypal, since paypal is my friend's account and I'm going to bother my friend's parents with this ^_^ but, if its still bellow 30$ I'll leave you guys using paypal.
