well i guess i will have quotes before i get home. they'll just be from POTC. poor Jack's sad cuz all the rum's gone. well i just went to Golden Gate Park and had a nap which is weird cuz i don't usually take naps but i did 2day. and i got to chase pigeons w/ the dog, Banjo, and saw a 3-legged dog, and had falafel w/ hummus, which is REALLY good, and when i woke up this morning i made egg pancakes for my uncle and fiancee, and they liked it a lot a lot a lot. (thus the quote)and i didn't get to tell u guys, but day before yesterday, we went to the Moss Beach Distillery, (restaraunt) and had delicious food and watched the sun set over the ocean. oh the place has it's own ghost, the Blue Lady. tell me if u want to hear her tragic story or events that she was involved in (as a ghost). then yesterday, we went kayaking on the ocean, and got pretty close to some sea lions. then we went to 3 different chocolate shops in succession, the last being Ghirardelli (best chocolate in country). i got a warm brownie sundae, and my aunt-to-be got a banana split, and i got some of hers. i also bought some chocolate for me, and some dark chocolate covered espresso beans for my mom. she loves them. then we went to Carmel Beach, and the sand was just like flour, it was so fine. i buried my uncle and fiancee's feet in sand, and made a little wedding chapel out of my uncle's. then they buried me completely up to my shoulders in sand, and i watched the sunset sideways. today, we walked over the Golden Gate Bridge. it was cool. we saw a sea lion, and it was neat cuz from that hi up we could see the whole body instead of just the head. we also squirted water off the edge, and it fell like bubbles cuz it was in tiny drops and it drifted on the wind. well, that's what i did. in case ur wondering, i'm telling u this half to share it, half to remember it so i can tell my family about it when i get back home. speaking of which, i leave tomorrow morning. *tear* it's been the best vacation i've ever taken, and i've broken a lot of personal records: Best Dessert, Best Brownie, Best Pasta, Best Sunset, Best Dish of Egg Pancakes Made, and i have a nagging feeling there were more, but i can't remember them. oh well............most likely, the next time i talk to u, i will be back home in MO.
