   Strictly Rhythm Baby
Sry for my prolonged disappearance. I promised pictures up here and I never did that =/. I will put them up soon I promise. Anywho, I have been EXTREMELY busy as of late (part of the reason I was gone). I finally got my cast off for good and I finally got 2 wash the thing. I did try to draw a little ,but soon learned after trying, I have a horrible arm shaking problem. And my hand cordniation is less than it use to be. If I push down of the pen at all....It starts to shake. The doc says I have definate nerve damage =/. So drawing with my right is still outta the picture. I got a gf last week =). Her name is Courtney and I luv her very much. Cool thing is....She draws 2. And plays the guitar. Major plus for me. Well, I must take my leave. Homework and other stuff just seem to drain my time as of late.

O ya and chuck norris doesn't sleep.....He waits.....

Wanna know something else scary...BOO HAHA
What a wierd title. Anywho, yesterday I play baseball for the first time in....4-5 years and I actually enjoyed it. I'm debating playing spring ball. I'm glad I went and did something physical because i'm starting to get outta shape =P. I am EXTREMLY sore lol. I came and made an enormous pot of spagetti after I got home so I would have something to eat today.

I'm currently addicted to Chuck Norris jokes due to the extreme randomess of them. I laughed my head off at least at half of them. I check the Norris sites once a week to see if any new ones have come through.

I went to the Oklahoma state fair the day before yesterday. I ate an enormous amount of food there and I must say that I needed the baseball incident to burn some calories after that =). I got to see hand made sculptures composed entirely of painted bones. I was in total awe......We went and looked at some bug exhibits and took a look around the cars. I even made a note to stop and look at the anime section of it. My favorite exhibit, by far, is the sword collection. I spent a good hour wondering it and observing the superb steel.

Well, thats about it. I'll try get on and put some of the fair pictures up later if I can.

My name is Shad Brookes, I am a senior at Union City High and I like paper
So, the world has been treating Shad fairly good latly! Things are looking up for em =). My day yesterday consisted of constant back breaking and mind gurdling work....though I did do something funny for school. One of my friends dared me to wear a tux to school and I did. Made the principal mad because he doesn't like students out dressing him =P but, thats beside the point. Not only was the tux incredibly hot, but, I had various assignments to complete. So I was forced to concentrate while nearly sweating to death and i'm sure everyone knows how hard that is. After it was all done and I started to walk home after school. My parents were there and they greeted my with a smile on their face, a brush in one hand, and clenser in the other. Scrubbing had to be done.....and a lot at that. Not to mention the cat got out and so did my wolf sabre =/. After I rounded up the animals, my dad greeted me. *Wood must be chopped, Wood for fire, Fire GOOD* he said to me. So I spent 3 hours using this strange device that instead of slicing, it sorta forcefully pushed its way through the wood and it would throw pieces of wood all over me. After I was finished, my mother halted me and gave me more orders. *Chemicals must be administered to the pool, Chemicals for water, Water GOOD* so I spent the remander on my free time cleaning the blasted pool. By this time, you can imagine how tired I was. I went inside and there in the living room was my beloved gift......A LES PAUL!! My dad decided to get it for me because my accoustic was falling apart. I quickly hooked it up and strummed it ever so slightly so that I didnt damage the chords. I have to say.......the work was worth it.

Today at school I started to make a story so I may post that tomorrow. It's really stupid but, dont judge me according to my imagination lol.

   Liberation Transmission
Hey guys! I had been meaning to get on here and update and I usually do get on but, I just don't really have anything to post but, now I do! Last night I went to a party and had a blast! I stayed to the side most of the party. I met up with most of my friends there and after a few hours of that, we went home.

My friends spent the night last night so we could get up at eight and head to the park for the fair. Man it was mayhem! I attempted to draw but it really hurt my hand so... =/. Spent most of the night messing with guitars and downloading songs. Went to bed around 3:00 a.m.

The next day was the local fair, which was fun cuz I ran a booth which was a trailer that we used as a jail. I collected money while I had 4 of my friends in cop uniforms running and collecting ppl who had been paid to be thrown in jail. We had fun getting the science teacher against his will. It was really tough tho cuz he's kinda a buff guy lol.

Their was a booth with a car you could destroy! You got to choose your weapon: a pipe wrench, A hammer, a sledge hammer, and BIGGER sledge hammer. I attempted it but, I had to use one arm cuz those things are heavy and it would put to much strain on my arm. The finale was the jaws of life to pry the car apart =).

I didn't get a whole lot of sleep this weekend so i'm extremly tired but, I will not sleep because if I do then it will throw my sleep pattern off so.....I'm young done worry bout it =). How did everyone else's weekened go?

   Ack!! Horrible
Sheesh school has instantly bombarded me with tests and homework. I don't remember ever having this much homework.....Quite insane if you ask me. I finally got to take my cast off. The spot where I broke my arm was a nasty shade of colors and it wasn't easy on the nose either. I practices picking things up and opening and closing my hands. I can't still do a whole lot but, im glad im making progress =). The doctor says since my arms numbness hasn't gone away, that may mean I have nerve damage in my fingers >=(. This could screw my very ability to draw and boy was I mad. Since I ripped some muscles when I broke my arm I get this thing (I forget what its called and I don't feel looking) that shocks my arm. I used it on my left arm and its like the funnest thing ever! It feels like your arm falls asleep and then your arm just locks up and goes into a grotesque position =). LOL It apperantly works your muscles out for you by shocking them. I'll probably just play with it more than use it to help me lol.

In other news. I learned how to play The Gift by Seether =). Favorite among Seether songs. Any fans of seether here? Any ideas for what I should learn next??

   AAAAOOOOOOWWWCCHH
Hello all =). Hmm? Whats that? you wanna know why I wrote AAAAOOOOOOWWWCCHH? It's actually very funny. See I was going from profile to profile viewing them but, while I was doing this I was eating graham crackers and I accidently inhaled one and it scratched the crap outta my throat. I caughed for so long and now im just sitting here.....clearing my throat. Teach me to chew my food eh lol. I'm going to start my classes to teach my arm to move again in 1 weeks time. It still feels all numb like tho.....like i've been sitting on it......unless its hurting......O jeez, this entire week its been aching. Last few nights I havn't gotten a lot of sleep without the help of my ol friends ibprofen/nyquil.....Enough about me. My mom is done with her radiation treatments!!! YAAY! Im gonna take her out to eat (Yes I do nice things for my mom....so what she deserves it. If anyone had to deal with me for 18 years then by God she diserves it) or take her shopping or something. I'm not quite sure but, it will be good. So far my classes at school are going swimmingly. I have to take spanish *Sigh* A painul class indeed but, its only the bookwork that gets me. I went and got the new tool cd today. 10,000 days isn't quite what I expected but, im not complaining. The lyrics to Vicarious for some reason are so cool. I'm currently researching the chords for this song. Speaking of music, what musical groups do YOU all like? Don't label me wierd for this but, for some reason, i'm always curious to what other ppl's musical tastes are. I find that if I can identify a persons favorie genre of music, then I can closer relate towards them. In other words I understand them better =). Well, anyways TELL ME

   Any Hoot......
O man have I been busy. I started school thursday but, was instantly loaded with homework and assignments.....and to think we use to have time to cope with school the first couple of days. Any Hoot... I have been doing quite a bit now when it comes to social activies. I have gone back to work. Im not working on the cars directly but its better than nothing and I recieve pay 2 which is nice. I am also begun watching anime. I gotta tel; ya. I sorta felt like a geek watching it but, that quickly changed. I've begun watching a short list of shows which I will name 2 you.... inuyasha/FlCl/Bleach/Cowboy Bebop/Hellsing and paranoia Agent. Since I didn't have much to do this summer besides going off places for extended periods of time, it left me with time to explore anime. I have also begun trying to learn how to draw anime. Since I can't draw at the given moment, does anyone have any tips for me at all? The art of otaku isnt something that I can afford at the moment since I have a car and cell phone to pay for. Anyway I would really appreciate some tips on drawing.
