Poem: Lost and Alone
I've suffered wounds,
That will not heal.
I think I'm in love,
That's the deal.
I've grown lonely,
Without out you here.
I've grown lost,
Without you near.
There's a hole in my heart,
I think it's meant for you to fill.
My friends tell me to restart,
But deep inside I'm hurting still.
My loneliness has never been-
So, over my head
These thoughts never taunted me,
Giving me nightmares instead.
Now that I've met you,
I don't know what to say.
Let's start out as friends,
And follow our paths leading the way.
