   Scanners and computer screens
Drawing anime isn't nearly as hard as getting the picture to look the same on the computer as it does on paper... I had to rescan bunches of stuff (some of which is still not posted) because i realized that the computer screen I was using is MUCH lighter than most screens... so my pictures were unnaturally dark... and all the nice little pencil smears and such that looked erased on paper suddenly reappeared :P
