  On These Rainy Days
It's on rainy days like this
That I think of your smile.
Your blue eyes in which
I always find myself looking into.
I sit and watch the rain fall
Hitting the ground and making puddles.
As the rain continues to fall
I see your image in the distance.
With your arms open wide
I want to run outside.
And feel your warm arms around me
In a tight embrace.
And I never want tolet you go
But as the rain dies down
You slowly fade.
And once the sun is out again
You are nothing but a memory.
