Oh my goodness I haven't posted in AGES!!!! lol I think that's an alltime record! Sorry about that...cuz I haven't been commenting either -_-
School just got so ubberly busy, it's insane!!!!

Anywho, probably won't be able to comment today either -heavy sigh- I feel so...guilty...I'm terribly sorry!

Well, good news though ^^ Hehe...I'm getting close to beating Final Fantasy X-2 -smiles nervously- For those of you who have been visiting me for a while now...you know that I started it at the beginning of the summer. Haha...I just got so bored when I came to the Chocobo raising part (as well as the dreaded 100 level "Via Infinito") that I just totally lost motivation to beat it (cuz I want to get 100% and unlock the "Perfect Ending") but I'm back in it and, luckily, I didn't forget what has happened in the plot--lol.

Well that's enough gibber, gabber. I'll be seeing ya ^^

Over and out

Satoru Okabe
------------

Height

------------

Mini biography

Formerly of the band Cain's Feel and later, Malice Mizer a "Visual-Kei band". Forced to lean piano at the age of three, Gackt always hated piano but eventually becomes really good at it. A very competitive man, Gackt wants to be the best at everything, so he took up everything that his peers took up and became better than them. Gackt cooks very delicious curry. He is currently solo and works with his band, Gacktjob. Gackt plays several musical instruments such as piano, guitar, drums, trombone, trumpet, bass, and tuba. Gackt claims to be able to speak French and English, however he is not very proficient. He can speak Chinese however, as seen in the movie Moonchild.

Trivia

He prefers candles over electric lights.

Was once a member of the famous Japanese band Malice Mizer.

Was forced to learn the piano and even though he hated it, still became very good.

His name is spelled "Gakuto" in Japanese.

Reported to maintain a personal friendship with singer Ayumi Hamasaki.

He has two pets, a female Maine coon cat named Mei, and a female miniature dachshund dog named Belle Constantine Chappy.

The actors/actresses he admires are Sandra Bullock, Meg Ryan, John Travolta, and Nicholas Cage.

Final Fantasy characters, Cloud Strife, Squall Leonhart and Tidus are based off him.

Prefers Apple computers to PCs, and is such a fan of Apple that he owns no less than five machines and has become an unofficial spokesman for the company.

Was voted number one in ORICON Magazine's 'Sexiest Male Singer' ranking in September, 2005.

Has been a lifelong fan of 'Kidō senshi Gandamu' (the original 'Mobile Suit Gundam'), and is so fanatical in his following of the series and its many sequels that Gundam creator and director Yoshiyuki Tomino took notice and insisted that he be the one to provide the music for the new 'Kidō senshi Z Gundam - A New Translation' ('Mobile Suit Gundam Z - A New Translation') film trilogy. Gackt was reportedly stunned and delighted beyond words, and he penned the song 'Metamorphoze' for the theme. An interview with Gackt and Mr. Tomino can be found on the 'Metamorphoze Limited Edition' CD single where Gackt talks about growing up a Gundam fan and Tomino reports his own enjoyment of Gackt's music.

Keeps a massive collection of knives, guns, candle sticks, DVD movies, artificial flowers, and skull-shaped interior goods in his house.

Has worked as a runway model for favorite designer Yoshiyuki Konishi.

Owns the private, members only Tamaly Bar restaurant. The exact location of the restaurant has not been publicly announced, and all of the members have been sworn to secrecy to not reveal where it is. However, it is said to be located in an apartment building where guests must be checked in via an intercom. Just like Gackt's home, all of the light in the small dining room (the restaurant accommodates about 20 people) is provided by candles. The expensive but extensive menu provides a full 7 course meal with desert, all prepared from Gackt's family and personal recipes. However, it has been announced to the sadness of members that the Tamaly Bar is scheduled to close soon, thus ending Gackt's days as a restaurateur.

Contributed a series of advertisements for the popular video game 'Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty' and was rewarded for providing the publicity by having his name put into the game on one of the dog tags the player can collect from enemy soldiers.

The astounding Tokyo Dome Christmas Eve show that he performed on December 24th, 2005, is on record as his most expensive to mount and one of the costliest in Japanese concert history. The one-time-only event was estimated by his business partners to have cost „500 million (or about $4,296,270), and it took him and his other performers two years to plan and six months to rehearse.

Lists New York, New York as his favorite city in the world (along with Paris, France). In fact, Gackt met former fellow Gackt Job member Masa in New York just after he went solo from Malice Mizer. Like much of the world, Gackt was stunned and devastated upon hearing of the attack on New York on September 11th, 2001, and in both sympathy to one of his favorite cities and as a plea to the world for peace, he wrote his Christmas ballad '12 Gatsu no Love Song' ('December Love Song') and filmed the music video for it in the recovering city. Enlisting people he found on the streets, he made regular New Yorkers the stars and subjects. The people held up signs and drawings expressing their hopes and asking for peace. At the end of the video, he signed a banner that had been placed near the site of the former World Trade Center, to show his solidarity with the people of the city and to further his appeal for a peaceful world, not just at Christmas, but throughout the years to come.

Happy Saturday Everyone! ^^

Ohayoo! ("Good Morning") or Konnichiwa ("Good Afternoon" or "Hello") or Konbanwa ("Good Evening")
Whichever is suitable for the time your are currently reading this. ^^ Hehe.

Wow...haven't posted in a few days, sorry -- ("Sumimasen" or "Bomen"). Haven't been on Otaku lately...

Good news though! I'm all caught up in Algebra 2 now! No more work to make up from my late transfer into this teacher's class! (long story) Yay! -throws confetti-

Hmm...well, think this guy likes me...I don't know though -sigh- I don't want to assume...yet, it seems so obvious...I don't know...he asked me yesturday if I would go watch him in our school's football game. I told him that it was unfortunately too late of notice...but that I could probably make the homecoming game...I don't like him, like him though...(Oh God...he just signed in -cough-)

Anywho, still no news on the "drama guy" cuz he's been sick, hence not at school, hence we haven't worked on our scene yet--lol I'm interested in what's gonna happen though....with the scene we have to do and all....

Hmm...what else, what else...Oh! I'm going ice skating for the first time today! Yay! ^^ My friend Mandie invited me...but, like, 4 of her other friends are going as well...ones I don't know...hope I'm included...I'm always really shy around new people, and can easily be forgotten unless someone makes sure that I'm included the whole time...hope I'm not forgotten today ><

OMG!!! (sorry, this is a long post...but haven't been on in a while, so bare with me. Besides, this next part is awesome. -smirks and winks-
I'm getting my hair cut and dyed October 14th! It's gonna be short in the back (for major spike action) with long bangs in the front--and get this-- BLACK!!! (my natural hair color...and I've never dyed my hair before, mind you...is kinda a medium brown) OMG!!! I am SOOO excited! ^^ I'm dyeing it black for the Japanese play I'm gonna be in, but I've always kinda wanted to make a drastic change...and I've always wanted to see what I looked like with black hair, so this is my chance! I wanted to have a white streak on each side...but the director told me just black for the play -sigh- Oh well, if I like that style and color, I'll try the two thin white highlights afterwards ^^

Ooo! Japanese lessons from the program thingy have been going pretty well. ^^ I can't really study except on the weekends -sniffle, sniffle- but I'll be sharing a little of what I know with you guys...if you're interested that is...

Hehe, me talk a lot today again. ^^ Well, hope you all have a Fantabuloso Saturday! YES!!! The weekend is here! Huzzah! lol

Bye bye for now! ^^ Sayoonara! ("Goodbye")

Tuesday...worse than Monday! (Is that even possible!?!?!) >

Konbonwa! (good evening) Sorry I'm posting kinda late, didn't have time until now...anywho, wow today sucked mucho! -sigh- I just HATE my Algebra 2 class! I mean, it's not like it's very hard, but I transfered in late, so I have a, like, 24%!!!! YIKES! I've never gotten less than an A before! Hope I can make up all of the work that I've missed. Psh, here I thought I was almost done with it, and I hear I'm freaking failing at the moment! ><

At least my day kinda got better...(even though I had to go to my math class during lunch to continue making up work-blah!) My English teacher made us read for, like, the WHOLE PERIOD cuz he didn't want to talk becuase he's sick--I was in heaven ^^

I didn't have rehearsals today, which is kinda good, cuz I'm already home compared to when I do have them--more time to make up that damn math ^^;

Well, hope you guys had a better day than I did, guess I'll talk to you later. ^^

Oh! Before I forget AGAIN! Jaguar: you asked what kind of Japanese computer program I'm using. Yes, tis a good one. ^^ It shows the Japanese word in the Japanese characters, those characters translated into Latin letters (believe that's called Romaji), shows a picture of the object or situation or whatever, AND it has both a male and female pronounce the word. ^^ It's still gonna be really difficult to learn, but at least they really help to make it easier. ^^

Hmmm...Oooo! I got a wopping 14 comments yesturday! Woot woot! Me feel so loved! -huggles all of you-

Anywho...not much to say----oh CRAP-A-DEE-DOO-DA!!!!!! I have picture makeups today! Yipes! I UTTERLY LOATH PICTURES!!!! -pulls hair out- Oooooh! Me look so terrible in them!!!! Not to mention I have to go in early for math! Oh bummers! Today's not gonna be good. I can see the overwhelming stress already -sees it stretching across the horizons- Yep...well, at least I have rehearsals after school...that's something to look forward to! ^^

YAY! And I'm LOVING the Japanese computer program! Huzzah! OMG! It's kinda hard...after hearing and seeing the word please in Japanese (Onegaishimasu) I was just like O.o What have I gotten myself into? But it's going great! ^^ See: "josei-yoo no o-tearai wa doko desu ka?" means "Where is the lady's toilet?" lol Okay, that's a pretty lame sentence to know, but hey it's a start! At least I won't get caught wetting my pants in Japan any time soon! Sheesh! hehehe.

Hope you guys enjoy your Monday! (Ugh! Is that even possible?)
