Stupid Internet


Man, so I'm trying to check the results of my finals, but the stupid results website is made to host about 3 or 4 people--Not such a good thing when you have every student (High School *and* Uni!) in the country trying to check their end of year results.

Went to a party last night, but by the time we got there, everyone had left because of some psycho neighbour. Oh well. Tried some 55% Chinese alcohol or some crap, everyone was too scared to go near the stuff it was so strong. Then I cam along and just chugged it. I feel pretty badass.

There were a whole bunch of chicks there, so they were all like, "Oooh, mix it with something!" because, you know, chicks are like that (Although they were all really hot). To quote Mindless Self Indulgence,

(not) Down with the Sickness
Aww, just when I think I'm getting better I get all... un...better. Skipped work today--Sure, that's $40 down the drain, but at least I don't have to suffer in the circles of hell for eight hours.

I think I better start watching what I eat. Not so much for the weight side of things, for the most part, I'm pretty okay with my body. Really it's for the health side. I've got Diabetes on my Mum's side of the family, and I certainly don't want to get it. The amount of sugar I consume isn't doing anything for my teeth either. I'm gonna try and cut back on the Sugar and Fat... Maybe I'll pull a Jared and only eat Subway for a year.

I've been having weird feelings lately. There's this girl at my work who I've been having alot of thoughts about. I think she's bloody gorgeous, she's got a nice personality and she's friendly--really friendly towards me. And that doesn't help, because I have a girlfriend, who -I don't- want to lose. I love her to pieces. Stop thinking these evil thoughts!! *smacks self in forehead*

What else is on my mind... Hmm. Okay, so I just got Speakerboxxx/The Love Below by Outkast. album (or is it albums?). Either way, they're completely fantastic and you'd be a fool not to own it. I mean them.

Back into old Habits
Ahhhh, sitting down at last. Working is not fun.

I make like $5.50 an hour working at a local supermarket and it sucks. For all you Americans out there, check XE's UCC to find out how much that is in US dollars. Lemme tell you--It's chicken feed! (3.74135 USD as of 2004.01.14 11:50:44 GMT!)Hell, I wish it were chicken feed. Chicken feed is wholesome.

Anyway, I've been here a couple of days, and I'm still settling back in. Posting, communicating with other people (Never been too good at that one), combating Ten Months of writers block. That's been a sunnovabiatch to get around, but I'm getting there--Not that I've even posted in the RPG forum since I got back! -_-;;

So my Girlfriend left for Auckland today, which is in the North Island of the country. She's going up for about a week to meet up with her old best friend who moved up there last year, and also to go to the Big Day Out. It's a music festival they have in Australia and New Zealand, featuring some pretty big bands. They've got like Metallica, the Strokes, the Flaming Lips, the Darkness, Black Eyed Peas, the Dandy Warhols and some other bands this year, not to mention countless dozens of good Kiwi acts. Pretty cool line-up, anyway. Wish I could go! (Damn visiting-one-city-only-New-Zealand-Big-Day-Out-piece-of-trash)

Oh well. I'm sure she'll tell me how it was. -.o;

Gah, what timing. As soon as I make my glorius return to OtakuBoards, I come down with 'Strepthroat', some bad-ass throat infection which can lead to Scarlet Fever. Yes, the Fatal one. Daarrrghen.
