FFVII Storyline
Final Fantasy VII is a game that involves the character of Cloud Strife. The story begins gazing up into the night sky as the stars of the night begin to move we are taken down into the city of Midgar where our story begins. Cloud who is an ex-SOLDIER turned mercenary, begins at a train station. We soon find out the purpose of our main character as he follows Barret who is the leader of AVALANCHE a renegade group opposing the evil corporation of Shinra. Shinra who has control of Midgar and the Mako reactors that power the city.


Mako which is a unique form of energy powers the city by drawing from the life force of the planet. AVALANCHE is out on a mission to destroy these reactors and to stop the planet from being slowly drained away. The story continues to unfold as Cloud, Barret and Tifa (who is a childhood friend of Cloud) are confronted by Shinra.


Cloud, who is lost in an explosion of one of the Mako reactors meets Aeris once again, who was the flower girl the he met in the slums after the explosion of Reactor No. 1. Aeris and Cloud flee from the Turks (a Shinra corporation that is involved in kidnapping people with potential for SOLDIER, and elite group of soldiers in Shinra). Cloud and Aeris make their way toward Sector 7 where Tifa and Barret's bar (also Avalanche's hideout) is. They eventually find Tifa (who has been trying to find information on where Shinra is planning to strike) and the three find out that Sector 7 is under attack from Shinra agents. The three quickly make their way back to find Barret fighting Shinra soldiers. Aeris goes off to take Barret's daughter to a safe place and Cloud and Tifa are left to defend the platform with Barret. But in the worst possible time the Turks come in, and end up hitting the switch that sets the bomb. Aeris who has been taken hostage by the Turks is taken away. And Barret, Cloud and Tifa are forced to flee from Sector 7.


They continue as they end up freeing Aeris from Shinra, and Sephiroth is discovered to have played a hand in the death of Shinra's president. But his son, Rufus decides to make a guest appearance and ends up fighting with Cloud. Rufus slips out on a helicopter and the group is forced to flee from the building. After a huge motorcycle chase scene in the game the group makes their way out of Midgar and begins their adventure into the world.


The story continues to unfurl as mysteries of Cloud's past are discovered and the plot thickens around Sephiroth and the involvement of the Ancients. New characters are met and discovered and the deep intricate plot is played out. You'll have to play it to experience the depth and true experience that is Final Fantasy VII!

Sephiroth!!! For the 3rd time!!!

You are Sephiroth. Cool, calm, calculating...not
to mention your cool silver hair. You only
have one wing, but that became the source of
the best Final Boss music ever. You're
powerful and ruthless, yes, but not too
effective. If a clown can destroy the world,
you should be able to as well. Also, fanboys
have ruined you forever. You will never truly
be honored as the greatest villian, because the
fanboys have rendered you ridiculous. Let then
say to to you face, though, when you have three
or four impaled on your Masamune.
