Hey, You Guys! ^ ^
HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY!! ^ ^ Sorry I haven't posted in a while! I hope you all enjoyed Thanksgiving! I sure did! Mmmm, food... *drools* I love huge feasts like that! ^ ^ Teehee! I don't have too much to say, but I remembered a Spandam Incident that I never reported! I don't remember exactly when it was, but we were out shopping, and after Dad had parked the truck and opened the door, my pant leg got caught on something (I dunno what to call it) on my way out. So instead of just hopping out of the truck as I usually do, I sort of fell out of the car and onto the pavement. Ow... it was a pretty far drop! See! I told you pants were evil! Er...maybe I didn't say that...I meant to! I've mentioned my "Down With Pants" revolution, right? Well, in case I haven't, I want to abolish pants! I hate them! (Even though I have to wear them sometimes...) I'd much rather wear a skirt or shorts or a speedo! Pants are so uncomfortable and restricting! So, in the words of my dear friend Skippy, "Let's get naked!" XD Comments (2) |

Pandas Shouldn't Play With Knives
HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY!! ^ ^ I'm feelin' su~pa today! Yup, yup! No more bad mood for me! =D Teehee! First off, I want to wish a happy b-day to my dad, so Happy Birthday Dad! Yay! And that brings me to my next topic. There's a reason they call me Spandam, you see. -_-' A few minutes ago, my mom was peeling apples for a pie (cuz my dad doesn't like cake that much, so he has birthday pies). So, since she's been busy all day, she asked me to slice up the last ones. I figured it seemed simple enough, so I agreed. Bad idea. Me + sharp knife = Spandam Incident! OK, so the first one was already cut in half and I had to get the core out. I cut into it, and my knife got sort of stuck, so I forced it one way while pressing down the apple with my other hand. Oops. It cut the core off, all right, but my hand slipped and the rest of the apple went flying off the counter and it rolled across the floor. Mom sighed and told me to wash it off. Perhaps my first attempt didn't work, but maybe the next one would be easier. *sigh* Wrong again. This was another tricky apple, and once again, my knife got stuck. I guess I hadn't learned my lesson about forcing the knife the first time, and the knife went through... but I almost slashed my arm! It must have slipped or something cuz I felt the blade graze the length of my arm! (It was lucky I didn't get hurt!) So I immediately put it down and said, "OK!! I'm done here!" as I backed away from the counter. And yes, they made fun of me. -_-' Well, now we know that I should never work in a kitchen! Unless you want blood all over your food...which has probably been dropped on the floor... Anyway, I guess I'll leave it at that for now. (Go ahead and laugh. I know KittyMeowMeow will. I hope my clumsiness cheers you up!) Hooroo, mates! ^ ^ Comments (3) |

Crappy Day
HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY!! Today was a rather crappy day. (Hey, I can still rhyme.) It's rare for me to have a bad day, but today was one of those few. I was just really annoyed for some reason. My day started off being crappy, it got a little better in the the middle, but then it ended crappily, too. (Heh, everything's "crap." I feel like Sanji! ^ ^) And my friends weren't helping at all. Usually, friends are supposed to make you feel better, but they actually made me feel worse. They were REALLY annoying me! (But not you, Ketchup Alchemist! Your impression of Barnabus getting bitten by the bat made me smile! ^ ^) Skippy tried to help by adding another comment to my desk buddies, but she wrote in marker, and it showed through on the other side! I worked so hard on those!! I got sooooo pissed!! I actually slammed my hands down on the desk and yelled, "GODDAMNIT!!" Ugh! I know they were trying to help, and if they had just left me alone for a while, I'd probably be fine! -_- Anyway, I guess I'm just really frustrated. I need some sleep... *sigh* Oh, and I know my desk buddy (they're just pictures I drew of Franky and Icey. They're about the size of index cards, and I just sit them out on my desk. I tell my teacher that they inspire me while I work!) is most likely gonna be OK. Maybe some white-out will help... I have to apologize to Skippy tomorrow. I got so mad at her, and now I feel bad about it. She really was trying to help... but Carl was kind of being a jerk (I wanted to throw something at him!), and Burdi was just being an idiot. :P So nevermind them. *sigh* Wow, venting my frustration made me feel a little better. Sorry about all that. *sweatdrop* Perhaps I'll be more cheerful in my next post... Hooroo, for now, mates! Comments (4) |

Hello! ^ ^
HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY!! ^ ^ I'm feelin' super today! Although I hate going back to school after a long weekend... :P Well, at least we only have 2 1/2 days of school next week, since it's Thanksgiving break! Yatta! XD We seem to get a lot of days off in November (where I live, anyway). It's su~pa! ^ ^ Heehee! And I could use a few days off cuz I have a lot of dolls to make! (In case I've never mentioned it before, I like to sew little chibi dolls of anime characters. Originally, it was just Shaman King ones ("Please Don't Squeeze the Shaman!" =3 Teehee!), but now I'm getting requests for others!) So perhaps I'll have some time to work on them. Well, that's all for now, I guess, so hooroo, mates! ^ ^ Comments (1) |

What I Like About Tamarrah...
HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY!! ^ ^ No school tomorrow! Yay! XD Another 3-day weekend! Su~pa! I wish every week was like this! (But sadly, it's not...yet...) I don't think we have anything planned for this weekend, though it would be nice to go somewhere or do something. I dunno. Anyway, I don't seem to have much to say today. I thought I did, but...meh. *shrugs* Perhaps next time. So here's a couple of videos for ya! They're both Franky tributes and are actually pretty similar, but I liked them both! ^ ^ Well, enjoy! Hooroo for now, mates!
Let's Dance All Day!
HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY!! ^ ^ How is everybody today? It was so super to have a day off! I got to catch up on some sleep! Yay! =D And Bellamy and I went Honky Tonkin' with Ketchup Alchemist and KittyMeowMeow. It was pretty nice outside today, but then it got really cold! Or maybe it was just me (I was wearing shorts and sandals, after all)... my poor toes were frozen! >.< But it's my own fault, I guess. Anyway, I have a video for you. In my last post I was talking about Folgore a bit, and I've only seen one episode of Zatch Bell, so I decided to go check him out. I found this movie of his hit song "Hey Hey, Let's Dance All Day!" (which in the original version was called "ChiChi Wo Moge" ("Groping Breasts"), so you can see why they changed it for the English version, though they kept the original music and his dance moves...). It's kinda weird, but still amusing! ^ ^ Teehee! Enjoy!
I Am On Fire! Ahahahahaha!!
HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY!! ^ ^ I just realized that I've been on the Otaku for a whole year! Wow! How super is that? XD Anyway, we have a three-day weekend this week! Yosha! And then a 3-day school week, ending with another 3-day weekend! SU~PA!! *strikes a pose* It doesn't get much better than this! :D And I don't have homework, either! *does a happy dance* Yay! Hooray! ^ ^ Heehee! Oh, about the "I am on fire" thing there...um... well, my friend Hilary said that for some strange reason, and she sounded like Folgore from Zatch Bell. So for the rest of the class, we were talking with bad Italian accents. -_-' We can get pretty loud at times... I hope our teacher doesn't get too annoyed... Oh well. As long as we're having fun! ;P Ah! One more thing! I want to wish my friend Scurvy Apples a happy birthday! (It was on the 2nd.) Yay! Hooroo for now, mates! ^ ^ Comments (1) |

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY!! ^ ^ Happy Halloween, mates! (And Happy Samhain, too!) Yay! I love this time of year! It's the one official cosplay holiday we have here, so I suppose I should start taking full advantage of it! I wanted to dress up in school today, but I didn't give it enough thought (I'm not that great at planning ahead) and I wasn't sure what to wear, so I didn't do it. *sigh* Perhaps next time... but I might get to go trick-or-treating with Ketchup Alchemist and KittyMeowMeow sometime this week. (We were thinking of going today, but Kitty's off doing college stuff.) Well, I hope you're all having fun collecting candy! ^ ^ Hooroo for now! Comments (6) |

Spaghetti on Toast
HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY!! ^ ^ So yeah, Skippy and I had to stifle our laughter when that part of the play was read. Our teacher was glaring at us, and we had to clap our hands over our mouths to keep from laughing out loud. Heh, heh. We couldn't even look at each other until they were done reading cuz we knew we'd start laughing again! And our friend Burdi was one of the kids who was reading a part in the play, and he said even he started snickering. Teehee! Anyway, I'm so glad it's Saturday! ^ ^ (But I got a lot of homework! *grumble, grumble*) For breakfast this morning I had spaghetti on toast (I aquired a taste for it in Australia). My mom thought it was utterly disgusting, but I assured her it was good! It really is! It may sound kinda weird, but it tastes great! So she just stared at me with horrified fascination. You should try it sometime, it's not bad. ^ ^ Well, I'd better get started on my homework... damn school, trying to ruin my weekend... *sigh* Hooroo for now then, mates! ^ ^ Comments (4) |

More Weight!
HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY!! ^ ^ I wanna tell you guys a little story cuz tomorrow in English class, my friend Skippy and I are gonna be laughing our asses off! First, you should know that we've been reading The Crucible in my English class(you know, the play about the Salem witch trials?). Well, when my family went to Salem over the summer, we went to the witch museum, and part of it involved the history of the incident (of course). There were scenes set up to show certain events, and there would be a spotlight and a recorded narration to say what was going on. So there was this guy called Giles Corey who --when he was accused of being a witch-- refused to confess. Instead of being hung like the others, he was pressed to death. They piled boulders on his chest and added more weight until he admitted to being a witch. However, if he had confessed, he would have been executed and his property would be auctioned off, leaving nothing to his family. So, when he was asked to confess (aye or nay), he simply replied, "More weight!" Now, that may not sound funny, but the recording in the museum was so corny and ridiculous, that my mom started laughing out loud! (Bellamy and I giggled, too, but we had more self-control!) Corey was just like, "Uuugghh...uuuugghh...more..weight! More weight!" and my mom was like, "Ahahahahaha!!!" XD The guy sitting in front of her turned around and stared, and she replied, "What? It was funny!" Heh, heh. OK, I know that probably sounds horrible, but it was pretty darn hilarious! So in the play, one of the characters is explaining how Giles Corey died, and she says that he said that "more weight" thing, and when I came across it, I started laughing cuz it made me think of the incident in the museum! So the next day, I showed it to Skippy (my mom had already explained the story to her) and she was cracking up, too! Now tomorrow, we're going to read that part, so the two of us have the strong feeling that we're going to burst out laughing! Oh, and Mom said it was OK if we explained that story to our class if we do lol. Heh, heh... yeah... I hope that made some sense... Heehee! Well, if we laugh in school tomorrow, I'll tell you about it! Hooroo for now, then! ^ ^ Comments (3) |
