   Another entry of ranty-ness.
My victim this time? Cartoonpassion.com and their crappy service.

At around the same time, Kip and I ordered b-day presents for each other from the website. We thought we were getting a great deal. They had a good selection of stuff and the prices were reasonable. We both had the same stinkin’ problems with them. When you order online from them, and something is out of stock… they won’t tell you. They will sit there, hold your order, and not bother to contact you at all.

They were holding my order because one of the pencil boards I ordered was out of stock and they weren’t sure if it would ever come back in stock… So, it never occurred them to contact me and let me know? Yeah after all I would want to know that now would I? Considering they cashed my payment a month ago. I e-mailed them last week to see what the hold up was, but they never bothered to respond.

They have HORRIBLE service. I would suggest avoiding cartoon passion like the plague unless you happen to live in or around Tustin, CA. Then waltz right into the store by all means… just don’t ask them to put anything on back order for you… >>
